after new years, you're about to leave.

you were just hanging out sa balcony while both of your kuyas and the others are at the small garden sa bahay niyo, this time new years is being celebrated sa house niyo sabay na rin sa despedida mo, you were sad by that thought pero okay lang, it's your decision anyway.

your elbows were resting on the railings while you were just looking at the skies being filled with a lot of fireworks, you never cared about the noise actually, you were used to it. later on you felt strong arms snaking around your waist, you knew who it was so you just put your head on his chest and pinatong mo yung arms mo sa ibabaw ng kanya.

"ilang days na lang and i'll be alone in a country i'm new with." you mumbled, jeonghan rested his head on top of yours as he closed his eyes and just feel the toxic air, "do you think i'll adjust agad doon, han?" you asked him..

"cute mo, malamang hindi agad agad." he says, "you lived here in the philippines for twenty years, and now you're staying there for good, malamang you'll adjust a little bit longer." you just hummed in response as you both were just swaying side by side.

later on you removed his arms and faced him as you cupped both of his cheeks and smiled, you quickly gave him a peck on the lips as he smiled as well and pinched your nose.

"han, please be happy." you mumbled at him, he then held the back of your waist and pulled you closer as he gave you a kiss on the nose, "i will be happy as long as you are happy, okay?" he whispered, you just nodded at him as you put your arms around his waist hugging him and rested your head again on his chest, you hear his heartbeat.

"i want you to open your heart to someone, han, yung papasayahin ka hanggang dulo." you say, "i won't get mad if you ever meet someone, okay? as long as you are happy and contented." he tightened the hug and closed his eyes as he heavily sighed.

"i do think it's not really meant for me to take the risk of waiting for you, but promise me one thing okay? ayan na oh galing na sa singsing na'tin." he says as he lets go of the hug and gets your hand as he interlocked it with his while looking at the rings, "promise mo lang sa akin na magiging masaya ka, kahit sa relationship man or individually as a person." he says.

you nodded at him as you gave him a small thank you and you both heard a loud shout from below a chorus of happy new year and even heard sanha shouting "happy landian diyan sa balcony!!!" as you and jeonghan both laughed.

he rests his hand on your cheeks and leaned in forward, he then pecked you on the lips and smiled as he whispered, "happy new year." you smiled as well as you held his hand that was resting on your cheek, "happy new year too."

you turned around again and hugged you from behind again just like a while ago just feeling the new years, then you head him say those phrase again,

"i love you, my lia." he whispered enough for you to hear.

you interlocked both of your hands with his as you smiled,

"i love you too, han." as you felt him smiled from the top of your head.
