baler - jeonghan avery.

avery was just sitting on the sand feeling the breeze of the air hugging her. it was almost dawn as she also realized that later on they will be called to eat dinner. she looks around smiling at her friends playing on the water and some on the sand. she smiled as seeing them enjoy and being happy also makes her heart melt especially malia's brothers, soonyoung and wonwoo because afterall this trip was for their anniversary.

as she hears the water crashing at the surface she felt a presence occupying the space beside her.

"hey" someone mumbled as she looked to her right and see jeonghan looking at the far distant, or most probably at the girl playing on the water happily— avery smiles.

the silence wasn't awkward nor that comfortable, tama lang to the point nag kikibuan lang sila kung sino unang magsasalita. while the noises suddenly faded to avery's hearing, she suddenly broke the silence still looking at the people playing on the water.

"favorite place mo talaga 'to 'no?" avery suddenly asked.

jeonghan hummed as a small smile creeped on his face.

"kahit malayo?" and at that moment, jeonghan looks down.

avery looks at her right as she hugs her legs and rests her head on top of it waiting for jeonghan to answer. jeonghan on the other hand was still looking down while fidgetting on a bracelet he was wearing as avery noticed he was still smiling.

"i thought the river near my village was my healing already pero i realized na nasagad ko na ata emotions ko dun." jeonghan jokes, "joke, ano kasi seven? or six years ago i think.." jeonghan then hugs his legs as well and went back looking at the distance, "i suddenly found myself driving back here kahit na it will take me five to six hours pero no one stopped me or even myself, hindi ko napigilan."

he pursed his lips and sighed, "then nagtuloy tuloy na, every year i'd come back here probably two to three times trying to find the right reason why" avery's expression suddenly turned to confusion as jeonghan chuckles, "i don't know minsan kasi sa buhay you will suddenly ask yourself bakit ganun yung takbo? kahit na ayaw mo?" it was more than a question than a statement.

avery hummed, "basta, starting that day from six years ago, i realized this was really my healing place." jeonghan smiles as he rests his chin on the top of his knees.

as they just let the sounds of the waves complete the silence, avery suddenly puts her head on jeonghan's shoulder as she also felt a head on top of hers.

"i'm sorry for the actions i have made these past few days, you don't deserve that and a simple sorry isn't enough." jeonghan suddenly said as avery closed her eyes and inhales, as she exhales she opens her eyes and smiles, "it's okay, that's pretty normal naman and aminin mo," avery removes her her head and looks at jeonghan as she suddenly pats his arm, "ang petty ng away na'tin, sobrang immature."

jeonghan shakes his head as he laughs along with her, "sobrang petty for a couple who's almost at their thirties." he says as avery nodded in agreement. they looked back looking at the the sea as they just let the breeze of the air hug them.

"do you think, we can still make it work?" avery chuckles at the sudden question of jeonghan, "like our relationship ganun..." jeonghan mumbles.

avery fixes herself and made herself comfortable, "alam mo jeonghan, ang relationship hindi 'yan trial and error, okay?" jeonghan hummed as he lets avery continue, "to be honest our relationship wasn't any different from other couples, we had some petty fights and later on we made up na agad."

"alam mo yung kulang sa'tin?" avery asks jeonghan who's already looking at her as avery gave him a smile. "communication, kasi puro na lang tayo understanding kunwari may bagay na kailangan pag-usapan pero puro na lang tayo ah naiintindihan ko naman if he or she likes it pero hindi na'tin napapakinggan kung ano yung thoughts ng isa and then we end up having a small fight." avery puts her hand on jeonghan's arm and gave him a peck on his cheek.
