I have some not so good news...
On June 7th, at around 7am I had a new unknown seizure in my sleep followed by the same kind during a nap, only I was aware.
The early morning "nocturnal" one woke my husband, and he thought I was having a but not before. Only...I didn't dream. He saw me twitching. And groaning. Moaning too.
I knew it was a seizure because of how exhausted I was.
When I went back to sleep at 11am, I ended up having another. I felt myself twitch, heard uncontrolled moaning and groaning. I Could. Not. Stop. I was a victim to the seizure 😑.
And on 6th, an old/new seizure appeared. One I had as a kid. Numbness in my hand. Only, this time, it was in my arm.
We suspected it was a seizure when we visited my Epileptologist, but not before than.
So, this is all happening just months away from my brain surgery... 🙄
Honestly, I'm scared shitless. But I can't show it. I have to be strong for my husband, & my mom. My husband is new to this. Though very supportive. Mom, has had epilepsy herself, but has forgotten what it feels like.
I've repeatedly told her that my nighttime seizures have increased, and I'm right. My camera that records them needs a Micro SD Card but she refuses to buy a $7.00 one. To keep me safe.
