Recap-
Thorin's face was priceless.
"You mean to say you're an Elemental?" He asked.
"Yes, why?"
"I knew one long ago..."
'My mother.'
"You don't by chance know another Elemental? Amara was her name." Thorin spoke, his eyes in the distance...he was revisiting memories."Aye, I know her. She resides in Rivendell. We're close, actually. She had no choice but to leave Bree."
I barely heard him whisper "so that's why I couldn't find her..."Dwalin clamped a hand on Thorin's shoulder "Are ya' hungry? We left some for ya'."
Thorin nodded, Amara was in the past. And thats where she must stay. - For now. He had a quest at hand to accomplish.
He let Dwalin lead him away, towards the dining room."That, was close." Gandalf whispered in my ear.
I gave him a look that said 'I know.'
We followed the dwarves to the dining room once again.
Thorin still looked shaken up.
I took a seat by Bofur, silently wondering when I should try and convince Thorin that I was his daughter. I knew I should use the word Adad *father* When I did at some point.~*~*~*~*~*~

(as you can tell 😣.)
~*~*~*~Balin began to speak, "What news from the meeting in Ered Luin? Did they all come?"
"Aye. Envoys from all seven kingdoms." Thorin informed us all.
"All of them!" Balin exclaimed happily.
"And what did the Dwarves of the Iron Hills say? Is Dain with us?" Balin's brother, Dwalin asked.
Thorin sighed, disappointed. "They will not come."
"They say this quest is ours and ours alone."
"What?! But - they're our kin shouldn't they help?" I asked.
Murmuring started.
Thorin's head whipped around to meet my gaze.
"What did you say, girl?" Thorin asked.
I silently went over what I had said, realizing the mistake I made.
"I said shouldn't they help you?"
"One would think. However, I believe you spoke of them being "our kin". How can that be, when you're an Elemental?" He asked.Gandalf coughed. "Well, if you look at her stature, Theia is far shorter then the average human and Elemental."
Many studied me, silently wondering who my parents were.
"Where exactly did you come from, lass?" Balin asked.
"Rivendell, master Dwarf. I trained under Gandalf and another Elemental - the only one to be found." I spoke.
"The Elves." Thorin spat.
"Those Elves did your kin no harm, Thorin Oakenshield."
"Exactly my point. They did nothing."
I rolled my eyes. 'Mom was right, he can get under one's skin.'"Lets get down to business." Balin spoke.
"You're...going on a quest?" Bilbo spoke after everyone was calmed down.
"Yes, Bilbo. Indeed we are." I spoke smiling to the Hobbit.
Thorin looked at me sharply "I haven't given the okay for you to join, just yet miss Theia."
I smirked. "No okay is needed. I came along with Gandalf."
Thorin sighed, annoyed.
Across the table faintly I saw Kili whispering to his brother Fili, "She sounds like uncle."
"Indeed she does, Kili." Fili whispered back, smiling.
'Do they know?' I wondered.
