Two Worlds: a epic of Shadow and Rouge

Chapter 25

Airam beat up Rouge, throwing her at the wall and kicking her. The bat had refused to tell Shadow's story. According to herself, she had already betrayed him and did not want to do it again.

When it broke its other wing, a strong green light appeared in the middle of the room. She ended up dropping Rouge so she could cover her eyes. When the light went out, she saw her hedgehog prisoners and her robots.

Shadow and Scourge were on the ground, with Scourge holding the Chaos Emerald, and Shadow on top of Scourge, trying to strangle him. The crocodile robot, without its head, held the armadillo robot, believing it to be one of the hedgehogs. Only the head of the squirrel robot.

Umbra was being lifted by the neck by the chameleon robot, which wanted to pierce the hedgehog's head with the horn, which was on its forehead, and was turning like a drill.

"This is all your fault!" Shadow shouted.

Scourge was trying to break free of Shadow. Rouge was in shock at what was happening in front of him.

"How do you ...? Control those rats, your scrap pieces! " Airam shouted.

Scourge hit Shadow's head with the emerald. The sharp point pierced him a little. Now there was blood running from the black hedgehog. Due to such pain Shadow ended up releasing Scourge. The green hedgehog got to his feet and kicked the other side of Shadow's head. Rouge, seeing this, shouted the name of the black hedgehog and ran towards him. Shadow was passed out.

Scourge looked at the situation around him, the Chaos Emerald in his hand was bloody. When he saw Airam, the hedgehog shot towards him. However, Airam hit him in the nose with his elbow. He released Chaos Emerald. Blood was dripping from the nose of the green hedgehog, who was now frightened.

When Airam saw that the robot-chameleon was going to kill Umbra, he ran towards him and with the strength of his arm he tore off the head of the robot-chameleon, then the arm that held Umbra. The hedgehog fell to the floor on his knees and put both hands on his neck due to pain. Because his eyes were closed, he didn't think that Airam saved her.

The armadillo robot was broken in half by the crocodile robot, and this one was soon destroyed by Scourge, who crossed it spinning like a ball at super speed.

When the green hedgehog stopped he saw Airam. The two stared at each other. However Scourge ran away at super speed. Airam then turned to Rouge who was trying to make Shadow wake up and then to Umbra, who was now sitting on the floor, shaking with fear at seeing her.

"Well ... I don't think I care about the circumstances anymore, I'll start the experiments."

Airam held out his hand in the direction of Umbra. Suddenly the arm moved forward. Behind it were a series of wires and cables still connected to the rest of the body. She grabbed Umbra and pulled him close to her. A needle came out of one of the fingers in her other hand and she stuck it in Umbra's spine. Some substance was being injected into his body. The hedgehog screamed in pain. After injecting all the strange substance, Airam released him. Umbra was now squirming and moaning in pain.

"This is a stimulant for you. The pain will pass soon. Now the other one."

When Airam turned to Shadow, she saw that Rouge was walking slowly towards her, with her head down. But the bat stopped and crouched. Airam hadn't noticed, but in front of him was Shadow's Chaos Emerald, still stained with his blood. Rouge then picks up Chaos Emerald from the floor. Without saying anything, the bat stands. Gritting his teeth and clenching his free fist. There were tears in his eyes. Raising the emerald towards Airam, she then screams. "Chaos Control."

Nothing happened.

Airam laughed. "Will you want to imitate your boyfriend now?"

Rouge didn't respond, but the frustration on his face was obvious. She lowers and closes her eyes, trying hard not to cry. But suddenly she feels something about her hand. She lifts her head to look. And she sees another hand. It was Shadow's hand. She then turns her head to look at Shadow's face. The hedgehog's face was dirty of blood. He was breathing heavily due to tiredness.

"We are a pair, remember?" Shadow spoke.

Rouge smiled. "The best." Soon the bat wiped the tears from its face and changed its face to a confident face. Shadow now had a confident smile too. The two looked back at Airam.

"Now, again. Together."

"Chaos Control." The two shouted together.

From the emerald, a strong green light came from it, illuminating the whole room. Airam covered her eyes, for the strong light will blind her. When she opened it, her body was just a torso, neck and head. Shadow and Rouge destroyed it when time stopped.

"What did you do?"
