The news finally gets out

Byeol was laughing at something BamBam had said, sipping her drink. Her and the boys were enjoying a long overdue family dinner and it was working great at keeping her out of her head.

"How's training with Nari-ah going?" Byeol said to Mark, wiggling her eyebrows with a smirk. He rolled his eyes but the tips of his ears turned red. "She's doing really well. But you should probably be there. You are the one that said you'd teach her. Not me." Byeol snorted.

"Please. You can barely keep it in your pants when she's there. I'm just helping you get a move on." Jinyoung choked on his drink, smacking the back of her head. "Yah! Watch your mouth, Sihyuk Byeol!" Jackson was doubled over in laughter.

"Mark-hyung has a crush!" He teased, tears falling out of his eyes as Mark glared at him. "You should probably stop," Byeol teased. "He might break my air conditioner." Mark fixed his glare on her as Youngjae instinctively moved closer to JB.

"I really missed this," Byeol said, looking at everyone. "What are you talking about, shorty?" BamBam said, ruffling her hair. She smacked his hand away. "We've been so busy and doing our own thing and haven't had time for this like we used to."

"True. This is nice. Just to relax." Yugyeom said and everyone cheered to that. They continued with their small talk and teasing. The shrill ringing of Byeol's phone went off and Yugyeom stuck his head out, holding her phone up.

"Your boyfriend is calling." He said, waving her phone and she rolled her eyes, kicking him in the shin as she grabbed her phone. "He's dating someone already, babo. We're just friends."

"Hello, Hyungwon!" She said sweetly into the phone and everyone was snickering, quietly teasing her. But Yugyeom stopped, grabbing her hand as he saw her face pale and expression drop. "Moon, what is it? Noona?"

He was waving his hand in front of her face but she wasn't responding. He squeezed her hand which was now trembling and clammy. Her phone slipped from her grasp, clattering on the floor and cracking.

"Moon!" In two steps Jackson was behind her, arms wrapped around her waist as she collapsed to the ground, breaths coming out in uneven waves as she trembled. "I'm calling Hyungwon." BamBam said, walking away to see what happened.

"Moon—yah!—Byeol!" JB said, leaning down to her. But she wasn't here right now. All that was going through her head was that it was out. Everyone was going to know. She didn't know how much detail was put in the articles that were probably now trending number one.

"Moon-ssi, look at me." Youngjae said calmly, moving in front of her. She glanced at him, brown orbs unfocused. He took one of her hands, placing it on his chest. "Feel that?" She nodded, barely, but she did.

"Follow the rise and fall of my chest." She tried her best to mimic what her hand was feeling, focusing on it moving rhythmically up and down. It was working a little. Until BamBam walked in the room. "DAMMIT!" He bellowed.

Byeol flinched, covering her ears. "Bam! Shut up!" Mark hissed, trying his best not to raise his voice. BamBam looked to Byeol, curled up in Jackson's arms, hands over her ears and eyes tightly shut. "Sorry," he murmured.

"What'd he say?" JB said, not wasting any time. He knew Jackson, Youngjae and Yugyeom could help Byeol calm down. And as much as he wanted to be one of the people to help her, provide her comfort, he needed to be her leader right now. Their leader.

"It's out. All of it. That conniving little—"

"Watch your mouth." Mark hissed again. BamBam sighed, slumping down on the couch. "What are we going to do?" JB sighed, looking to where they three had her almost calm enough to be back in the real world.

"We be there for her. Don't let her read it. Not tonight." He said, dejectedly. The others nodded and Byeol sniffled, curling herself deeper into Jackson's arms. She felt safe there. And it helped that he had a bit of muscle.

"What do you say Jinyoung and Youngjae make us a late snack? And we watch bad movies and continue having a good night?" He asked her, kissing the top of her head. She sniffled again. "That'd be nice."

So, that's what they did. 3 tubs of ice cream and a pack of cookies later, everyone had fallen asleep on the couch and floor. Byeol managed to wriggle out of Jackson's grasp, grabbing the spare blankets her and Yugyeom kept for nights like these and draped it over her sleeping members.

Yugyeom had found his way to his room and Byeol went and changed, quietly slipping into his room. "Gyeom-ie?" She whispered. She heard him moan, turning over and rubbing his eyes. "Moon?" She silently slipped into his bed, pulling the covers over her and curling into his side.

He sighed, wrapping his arm around her. "What can I do, noona?" He said quietly and she shook her head, curling herself more into his side. If she could make herself smaller, she would. "Just—I just don't want to be alone tonight."

He hummed, trailing his fingers up and down her arm. "My bed is your bed, babe." He chuckled and she laughed lightly, smacking his chest weakly. "I've got you tonight. And in the morning we'll all have you again. Try to sleep."

She nodded, closing her eyes. The exhaustion from the past few hours taking over and finally hitting her. "Do you think they'll hate me?" He raised a brow that she couldn't see in the darkness of the room. "The fans. Will they hate me?"

Yugyeom scoffed, lightly smacking her cheek. "No, Moon. If they do, they were never real fans in the first place. Everything's going to be fine. We'll get through this. You'll get through this." She nodded again, placing a kiss to his cheek. "Just, stay by me tonight?"

"I'll stay by you every night if you need me to."
