GOT7 has some extra support for their comeback
Byeol tightened her ponytail as they waited to go on stage. They were making their comeback for the first time it what seemed like forever and she was filled with excitement. "I hope you can wipe that monster grin off your face before we start," Jinyoung teased and she rolled her eyes, playfully swatting his shoulder.
They were all grinning like mad men. They were happy to be back in the groove of things. "Just like you shouldn't be drinking coffee again, yeah?" She teased back and Jinyoung stuck his tongue out at her. "1 minute!" A staff yelled and Byeol got into work mode.
This was her calling, her passion and the only thing she felt she was really good at. Dancing, performing, singing. She wasn't sure at first but that's normal for her. She was always wary of new things. But the more they trained together, the more they promoted and put on concerts, the more she fell in love with it.
They went out on stage, performing it perfectly. They thanked everyone and ran back to the green room catching their breaths. "Amazing as always!" She shouted to all the boys and they all smiled tiredly, giving her a thumbs up. She could only swell with pride that she was still better at controlling her breath than they were.
There was a knock at their door and JB yelled for whoever it was to come in. Byeol was busy getting her mic pack taken off and wasn't paying attention to who walked into the room. "You guys did great!" She felt her cheeks heat up slightly at Shownu's voice. She turned and bowed with the rest of them, thanking him.
"Moon, you did really well." He smiled gently at her and she hoped her cheeks were still red from the stage lights. "Thank you, oppa. I really enjoyed it." He nodded, smiling and crinkling the corner of his eyes. "You looked like you did. I don't think the smile left your face the whole time."
"Ha, told you!" Jinyoung shouted and she flipped him off. "At least I didn't go off my diet!" Jinyoung flipped her off back and she grinned. "I liked it. You have a pretty smile. I can see why they call you Moon." Shownu said quietly and Byeol felt her whole body heat up. He was always direct; she just didn't expect it with all the boys in the room.
"Ew! Can you flirt when we're gone?" Jackson said, fake gagging. Byeol glared at him and he only grinned back. "I have to go, but I really wanted to congratulate you all. Can't wait to see more!" They all bowed to him and he left the room. Byeol felt like she could breath again. Youngjae sat next to her, elbowing her.
"Still think he doesn't have feelings for you?" He wiggled his eyebrows and she smacked the back of his head. "Shut up." He let out a laugh before pulling her up. "C'mon, let's go get changed and get some food." She liked that idea so she happily took his hand and followed him to change.
Once at the restaurant the initial excitement and anxiety had worn off and now they were all completely drained. None of them were ever ones to sleep on an empty stomach though so, food was a must. "I like your hair with extensions, Moon. I don't think we've ever seen you with your hair past your shoulders."
She offered a lazy smile to BamBam and flicked her ponytail behind her. She had left the extensions in, too tired and hungry to wait for the stylist to take them out. She would make that Yugyeom's job when they got home. "It's nice to have a change every now and then." JB raised a brow, smirking. "Then dye your hair."
She widened her eyes, shaking her head. "I will not! It's been 7 years and I have yet to dye it for anything." JB chuckled, stretching out in his seat. "You said change is good. I'm thinking purple. Or blue."
"Or green! Ahgase would love it." Yugyeom chimed in and Byeol only shook her head.
"Not happening. I'll spray paint it or use chalk or something." She excused herself from the conversation about her hair as she felt her phone vibrate in her pocket. She pulled it out, a ghost smile on her face at the name on her screen.
Felix SKZ: you looked great noona! You all did great. I liked your hair.
Byeol smiled, quickly responding with a thank you and some heart emojis. She absentmindedly twirled some of her hair in between her fingers. "Oh god, which boyfriend was that?" Mark teased with a roll of his eyes and Byeol glared at him. "I don't have a boyfriend."
"Nope. You have three." Youngjae chimed in.
"I have none." She gritted her teeth.
"I don't think Minghao will like the sound of that," Yugyeom teased.
Byeol stood up, glaring at all of them. "I'm going home. Yugyeom can sleep outside." BamBam slapped his hand on his shoulder. "You can stay with me, bro. We'll invite Minghao and Lix over and get all the juicy details." He winked at Byeol and she groaned in frustration.
They all laughed as she sat back down, burying her face in her hands. "Hey, it's good to keep your options open. I give you kudos." Jinyoung teased and she only groaned more. The only downside of having 7 brothers was the constant teasing about anything and everything.
"Back to my green hair." She was trying to change the subject. Her love life was not something she wanted to delve into.
"Maybe you should go pink. Suits you with all the blushing you've been doing lately." BamBam shrugged his shoulders, a smirk on his face.
"Yah!"
