"N-No. No. No. NO! You're just trying to stop me! Hindi pwede. I have to be with my sister you motherfucker!" I tugged and pulled at my hands and feet, hoping the rope would loosen. Mahapdi na ang balat ko sa pagkuskos ng tali sa balat ko.
I don't care. I have to get out. Why won't he let me go?!
"Apollo, watch." I screamed and cursed at him for taking me in when my sister needs me. Kailangan ko nang makaalis dito. I have to calm down, pero hindi ko kaya.
"Apollo, para sa kapatid mo. Manood ka." I bit my lip and stopped moving and faced the wall where five pictures of five people were flashed. Lahat ng mga ito, nakangiti at pormal ang ayos.
Napakuyom ako ng kamao at magsisimula sanang magpumiglas muli nang bigla na naman niyang tawagin ang pangalan ko.
"Watch."
I gritted my teeth and clenched my fists. Staring at their faces made me want to take their lives slowly, like how they did to my parents. I wanted them to know they've messed with the wrong people.
Like every foolish character in a movie, I wanted revenge.
