Tracy had known when Milana had told her this plan, that it would backfire on them. They already a ton of other problems they had to deal with. Klaus and Rebekah were both missing and Tracy was supposed to help Elijah search for them but she also couldn't leave Milana alone with just thr protection of a few vampires that even she could take out. Tracy was pissed that Alec Whaite decided to make an appearance this week. He could've arrived last week but no, his flight had been delayed due to thunderstorms so he had to book a flight for this week.
She could have been out there with Elijah, but no, she had to meet up with Alec because her best friend sure wouldn't be able to.
While Tracy had believed Milana and Alec were perfect for each other, now she didn't know. After Milana had told her the reasoning for their break-up, she understood the girl more now.
Milana was wrapped into the world she didn't want any part of in and Alec didn't belong in it. He may take the whole pregnancy well but he wasn't ready for the supernatural world, much less Klaus Mikaelson.
Tracy lifted her hand and she finally knocked on the door after standing there for about ten minutes contemplating if she really should be here Milana was at the compound under lock and key. Elijah didn't want her anywhere outside that compound, because he believed the witches might target her next. Luckily for both of them, Tracy was able to leave the compound easily with Elijah out looking for his siblings.
When there was no answers she knocked again and the door got pulled open. Tracy looked up at the boy with the dishevelled black hair and brown eyes. The boy who'll be heartbroken at the end of the day. “Tracy!” He pulled her into a hug and she accepted it, patting his back.
“Alec, hey.”
He pulled away and smiled down at her. “Come on in. Don't stand there.” He steps aside and she walked in thanking him. Tracy looked around at the small apartment that looked a bit messy, but that was only because it was an open plan with one room that had the bedroom, kitchen and living room all in one and the other room that had the bathroom.
“Sorry about the mess. . .I was just about to clean up when I got your call,” he said, stopping beside her. “Excuse the mess.”
Tracy nodded and walked over to the chair in the kitchen. “I haven't seen you in ages. How have you been?” Alec asked the girl. The boy still had his radiant smile on his face. Tracy actually felt bad for him. He was so hopelessly in love with Milana but she wasn't in love with him anymore.
