Milana was trying hard to break free from the rope that Tyler had so tightly tied her hands up with. The boy had left her and Tracy alone in the shack and Tracy was kind of getting irritated. She could've been sleeping in her bed right now enjoying the warmth but no, she got kidnapped by some kid and he was now holding her hostage in a crocodile bayou. Milana knew exactly how she felt. She didn't even get to really sleep at all.

“What the hell does this guy want?” Tracy asked Milana. “And who is he anyway?”

Milana looked at the girl across from her. “I think he wants me,” Milana informed her while still trying to break free.

“Why though?”

“Do you remember that stray werewolf Mari and I found, who was looking for a pack?” Milana asked Tracy. The girl frowned thinking back to when Milana told her about it.

“Oh. Yeah?”

“That stray werewolf was him. He was trying to find himself a home but you know Illinois' werewolves aren't exactly that friendly,” Milana told her because it was true. The werewolves — or what's left of the werewolves in Illinois aren't friendly at all. They do not like outsiders.

“I helped him out by convincing Paul to take him in for a while. I did something good for him and this is how he repays me. Such an asshole,” Milana mumbled glaring at the door.

“How did he catch you?”

“Well, he is much stronger than he looks. I guess it's because he's a hybrid. . .you know you left that part out,” Tracy said, glancing at the girl.

“I didn't know he was one until today. I first thought Klaus was the only hybrid in the world, now he is one too.”

The door of the shack opened and Tyler walked in, joining the two girls. Tracy glared at the man while Milana just stared at him. He wasn't even worth her frustration.

“Tyler, why don't you just let us go?” Milana asked him. “Because I don't want to.“

“Was it you who has been snooping around the house these couple of weeks. I saw a wolf in the backyard and it seemed like he was watching over us. And I know only hybrids can change when it's not a full moon,” Tracy said looking at Tyler. Milana looked to Tracy since this was news to her. She didn't even know there was a wolf hanging around the house.
