It had been a full month since Milana jad left New Orleans with Rebekah and her baby Hope. A full month of living far away from any and all supernatural creatures. The day of Milana's full moon was already upon them. Milana would have never thought that this day would arrive. She remembered how she vowed to herself that she would never activate the curse, but she did, and she did not regret a thing. She did it for her baby girl. Little Hope.Life had been a big rough the first few days bit she and Rebekah seemed to manage jist fine. Rebekah was able to find a witch to put a cloaking spell over them, which gave Milana the freedom to do what she wanted. And what the girl wanted was to work. She started working at the local diner two weeks prior to this day. The diner usually closed at around five which would give the girl enough time to go home but tonight, they closed at six.
She was anxiously since she could feel it. Her heart was pounding in her chest not from anxiety but from the effects of the moon. Milana was trying hard to not yell at the driver to go faster.
Milana glanced out the window at the darkening sky. Tonight would be the first night Klaus would feel the effect of the moonlight rings. She worried that he'd be in a lot of pain but she knew that wouldn't be able to take him down at all.
Milana did quite miss Klaus. She didn't realise how much she actually missed him until the reality of her never seeing hit her. With everything going on in New Orleans, she just hoped he, Elijah and Tracy make it out of this war.
“Hey, are you okay?” the driver said, looking over at the girl. Milana cleared her throat, realising she had actually looked worried. “Uh, yeah.”
Milana's car wouldn't start so she asked ber coworker for a lift. She thought he'd take her straight home but she didn't realise he had delivers he had to deliver. So, this whole time she had been riding with him.
Luckily they were on their way to her house but she regretted not taking Rebekah's advice and just staying home. She shouldn't have gone into work. Milana glanced down at her hand, watching as a few bones started to move. It was gonna to start any minute now. Milana wasn't sure if she was ready to go through all her bones cracking. She didn't think she would actually be able survive that.
“It seems like you're nervous about something.”
“Uh, I just realized something, don't worry about it.” The car drove through the gate towards the white picket fence house. Jason's eyes widened when he took in the house. It was a very classic white family house that Milana never thought she'd ever set her foot in. But then again, she never thought she'd ever live in a Plantation house but she unfortunately did.
