'Rise and shine beautiful.' 'Shut up!'
'I don't remember dating a grumpy little cat.'

I groan and tighten my grip on his shirt. But my groans fade into whimpers.

'Are you alright?'
'My stomach is being stupid.'
'Stomach or intestines?' 'The last one.'
'Allow me to take a look.'

I look at him with a confused expression.. is he just going to lay his ear on my stomach or try to feel something?

'I will just tap it with my fingers and see if I feel something odd.'
'Oh.. you don't have to.' 'Why not?'
'I have a chronical sickness, something I got from my mother, that's what the painkillers and other stuff is for.' 'I wondered why you have those.. this explains it.'
'And now what? Do you need medicine?' 'I'll probably spend the day on the toilet.'
'Well I'll head out if you do.'

I wrap my legs around his arm and stare at him with puppy dog eyes.

'How annoying can one be?' 'Auch.'
'Puppy dog eyes don't work with me darling.' 'You can act however you want while you're here.'

He sighs and pushes my head up.

'I need to work.'
'Can't you work from home?'
'I know you.. you'll try to find information and connections.'
'Then don't spill anything,' I reply.
'Fuck.. if you didn't look like you do I could say no.' 'So you're staying!?'
'Awhh,' he strokes my lips, 'I would do anything for that smile of yours and.. that's going to bite me in my ass one day.'

He reaches for his phone and texts someone or at least something like that.

'Alright that's sorted, I'll just need to pick up some stuff, but first,' he pulls the blankets up, 'We're going to sleep just a bit longer.'
'I don't think I have a problem with that,' I whisper.
'Of course you don't, you stick to me like glue.'

'

'Calum.. hey wake up.'
'Leave me aloneeee.'
'Don't act so.. existing.' 'I'm sorry?'

He shakes his head as he simply lifts me up and transports me to the couch.. he's a transporter after all.. bad joke I'm sorry.

'So when I went to pick up the stuff I ran into my house real quick to get you something,' he gets something from behind the couch and throws it at me, 'Thought you would like this.'

It were clothes, shorts and a t-shirt, Levi's shorts and t-shirt.

'Is it weird that I kind of want to smell them?' I ask. 'They're clean.'

I take that as a sign to smell.

'Lavender?' 'Yes.' 'Lavender?' I repeat.
'Don't judge me Calum.'
'Lavender?' 'If you weren't sick I would have thrown you against a wall because you're annoying me now.'
'That's exactly what I'm trying to do.'

He rolls his eyes and turns away from me to focus on the laptop's screen.

I changed into the clothes and wrapped myself up into the blanket just to get a bit more sleep.

'

'No he's sleeping.. he's completely exhausted.'

Slowly and carefully I open my eyes and glance at the person claiming that I'm sleeping.

'I'm not asleep,' I mumble.
'Well go back to sleep I'm talking about.. business.'
'You were talking about me sleeping.'
'Fuck.. just get your ass over here.'

I put the blanket over my shoulders and sneak underneath his arm letting my head rest on his chest.

'Who were you talking to?'
He points at his screen, 'Gray and Simon.' 'Who the fuck is Simon?'
'Mostly searches people up for me.'
'So he's the one who..' 'Yupp.'

He awkwardly waves at the screen.

'Hi,' I reply and turn my eyes away again.

I couldn't hear them so why should I watch the screen.

'Yes he's indeed adorable isn't he?'
'Levi I swear..'

He laughs quietly and turns his head down to look at me.

'It's such a shame you don't just join my side Calum.' 'I would just annoy the crap out of everyone.'
'Cal,' he sighs, 'you may think you're just weak, but you have so much potential.. stuff we can teach you.'
'There's nothing to teach when I'm dead.' 'Stop acting so dramatically.'
'I'm not!'

My voice squeaks making me cover my mouth in disbelief.

'This is why you need to stop yelling.'
'Shouldn't you work?'
'Calum you know I can just leave right?' He reminds me.
'No you can't.' 'And why is that?'
'That would be mean.'

His grin grows even bigger.

'So you're saying I'm not mean?'
'You haven't hurt me in a while.'
'I'm not planning on darling and if I need to I'll make it quick for you alright?'

I move to lay down again and put my feet back on his lap where they were before.

'I like you better when you don't hurt me,' I whisper. 'I know.. I know.'

'

'How long until the virus is complete?' I ask while trying to eat at least something. 'Calum you know I can't give you that information.'
'I just want to know when you'll be in danger,' I whisper back.
'I'm always in danger darling.'
'Why are you doing that to yourself? Why always play if risky?'
'I don't know I just.. like it?'
'Well I don't like it.' 'Eat your food.'

He always does that.. if he doesn't want to answer he'll just say something around the lines of eat that or just do that and when he can't think of something it's "just breath"
I hate it.
