Everything was arranged in just a week, but I wish Cal could've been able to acknowledge all of it.

I look at the man sitting in a wheelchair in front of me.
His eyes are focused on the floor and his head is slightly pointing that way as well.

It seems crazy.. I know.
But I need to marry this guy, I don't want to regret not doing it and I know we're young.. who's to young for love though? If he doesn't make it, I want people to know how much I actually cared about this guy.

I place my hand down on his shoulder in the hope to make him look up again, but of course.. not a single reaction.

I sigh and pull my hand back again.

I take a quick look around the room of wood.. wooden walls.. wooden flooring.. woorden doors.. wooden chair. Kind of boring to be honest.

The blue and white flowers on the side of the chairs and the doors was a pathetic excuse to make this place feel more wedding like.

This isn't what he deserves.

He deserves so much more than this even though he isn't mentally here to see how it looks.

My eyes scan the occupied chairs.. three to be exactly.

Grayson, because he was having a tantrum about it, Simon because he's chill and Fay in case somehow people found us out here in the woods.

Next to me was my little brother and the officiant, also a friend of mine.

'Uhm.. this is everyone right?'

I nod to tired to answer.

'Okay then,' he clears his throat making the few pare of eyes focus on the scene in front of them, 'all welcome by this magical day of two..'
'Skip the introduction, skip the vows.. just get to the rings already.'
'Levi that's not how it works,' murmurs Ash nervously.
'I just want to get it done quickly.. just in case.' 'There's no way they will find this place!' 'I don't want to force him to stay awake for this long as well.'

A small cough causes an end to our argument and the officiant continues again.

'

'Well mister impatience, that's it.. you may kiss the groom.'

I duck down to meet his height and place my hand down on his cheek.

The thoughts about why I shouldn't and why I should haunt my mind making me just awkwardly stand there.

I feel something soft trail the side of my head up to my hairline. Wait.. these are fingers.. fingers of someone who hasn't been moving.

'Hey,' I whisper.

He doesn't reacted and just plays around with streaks of my hair, a small smile plastered on his face.

He carefully tugs my hair and I let him pull me wherever he wants.. which is closer to him.

I smile at him before pressing my lips on his, he tries to kiss me back.. I guess, but it's more like a quick brush.

The disappointment in his eyes tells me he isn't satisfied with it.

'We'll redo it one day okay?' I whisper while getting up.

'
After the official stuff we went back to the house I've been in for weeks now.
Maybe it isn't the smartest thing, but I know these people won't betray me.
Maybe I should just send everyone home but..

What's a wedding with a party right?

More an excuse to have some drinks with friends and trying to get my mind away from the boy who's potentially dying inside.

'Levi are you sure this was the right thing to do?'
'I know you weren't to fond of the idea in the first place.'
'It's just.. you know so little about him if you really think about it.'
'What do you mean?' I reply.
'Do you know why I told you to take him here?' 'No?'
'Because he loves to watch the waves crash onto the sand.'

He lazily points at the sea to demonstrate.

'Do you know why after years he still has this strong bond with my dog?'

I look inside through the window to see the husky laying at the end of my lovers feet.

'No?' 'Because he would spill everything what was bothering him to Sky, cry out on his shoulder if you know what I mean. He would deny it when I asked him about it though.'
'He's very open to me.' 'No he isn't.'

I turn around to face the guy claiming my partner is a complete mystery to me.

'He hasn't told you about his trips to the hospital.. you don't even know he has sisters!' 'What do you mean?'
'Half sisters, his mother's side, he doesn't acknowledge them as family but they are.' 'But his files..'
'Levi, stop it and face it, you know almost nothing about him, he knows little about you and you decide to marry him without his permission,' he takes a quick breath, 'and if he dies.. you'll be a widower at such a young age.'
'I would hate myself if I didn't and he does die Gray.'

'He was moving.. that's a good sign right?'

My head moves to the other side to meet my little brother.

'Could be, it depends.' 'On what?'
'I don't even know, only a few people reached this far and it's different for everyone, some started to move and still died,' I explain.
'Keep positive Leev, always keep positive.. look how far positivity got you already.'
