(back in present with sonic and friends)
"sonic!"Amy called out in worry as she saw him come out of the trees, and was now running over to him, the others joining her
"I'm fine Ames, it's these two we need be worried about" sonic stated pointing to the unconscious pair
"what happened?" rouge asked in anxiousness
"I don't know, but guess who I found that could give us answers" sonic began as he pulled out the arm of his metal faker
"metal sonic!" charmy shouted who was trying to comfort cream
"yeah, I found him scattered all over the place including this ray" sonic said as he retrived the gun
"what does it do Mr sonic?" cream asked with confusion
"I have a theory" sonic mumbled
"well lets hurry, they don't look like their doing well" rouge said as she spread her wings to fly back
The others following closely as they all travelled back to tails and sonic's house
but as they all walked back without a word, they all shared one individual thought
