Ch. 6

~Camila's P.O.V~
It was our day off and I was so excited because we were in Miami! This was my home state and I just love everything about it. I don't get to see my family but at least I'm here. I was laying in my bunk scrolling through twitter when I saw a tweet from Lauren that I'm assuming was from last night.

Oh yeah. The song. That was weird, I never knew Lo had a crush on someone. Well obviously it's not just a crush, she seems like she's in love. The other girls have been going crazy trying to figure it out. I on the other hand wasn't. I mean it's her personal stuff and we shouldn't be invading her space, if she wanted to tell us she would and we shouldn't force her to. One thing I was confused about was when she said that there was something wrong with Dinah's sentence. All D said was that if he didn't like her then he was crazy. Wait. No there's no way. Lauren's not leabian. That's ridiculous Camila. I laughed to myself as I realized that, that was the most ridiculous idea ever. I made my way to the kitchen and saw Normani and Ally sitting on the couch. "Hey boo what do you wanna do today?" "Idk mani what do you wanna do?" That was our inside joke from the episode of spongebob. "We were thinking about going to the beach just cause this will be our only chance. No other state that were going to has beaches nearby." YASS the beach is my second home. "Yahhh totally I miss swimming!" "Alright well let's go wake up the D and Lauren." They both ran to Dinah's bunk because it takes two people to wake that girl up. She can sleep through freaking anything. I made my way to Lo knowing that she hates being woken up loudly. I opened her curtain to see the girl sleeping peacefully. I couldn't help but take in her beauty. No homo but she was literally breath taking. I gently started sliding my hand up an down her arms to wake her up "Come on Lo, it's time to wake up." "Huh? What, oh hi." Her morning raspy voice was so adorable. "C'mon Lolo were gonna go to the beach soon!! Were in Miami!" I said a little more excited than I was before. "Okay. Thanks for not waking me like a crazy person **cough** Normani." The brunette said just as Normani conveniently passed by. I walked back to my suitcase and got out my favorite bathing suit that I've been saving for this day. It has bananas on it! After I changed I threw on a white cover up and walked out of the bus. Just seeing the beach and the sound of the waves crashing against shore was the most peaceful thing ever. I started running down to the water and heard the girls close behind. When I turned around I noticed someone in the distance and couldn't help but hold my breath. Oh my god it's Lauren. I know she's gorgeous but damn! What the hell Camila that's your friend. That's weird. I couldn't help but stare as the girl in the black tight fitting bathing suit walked passed me like it was nothing. I shoved it to the back of my head an made my way into the water. I had my hair in a bun and it felt so comfortable just to lay in the water again.

We all showered and were sitting down on the couch to watch a movie. I sat down next to Lo and felt her tense up. "Lo? Are you alright?" "What? Yeah I just got the chills for a sec." I didn't answer but just rested my head against her shoulder and wrapped my arms around her. We haven't done this in a while and I missed her. "Camz what are you doing?" "I'm cuddling with you. You haven't talked to me in a while and I miss you." "I see you everyday." "I know but that's during shows, it's never just Camz and Lolo anymore." I heard her mumble something but couldn't make out what it was. Instead she just intertwined our fingers and continued watching the movie. It felt relaxing being in her embrace and somehow this was the only place I felt safe anymore. After the movie we made our way back to the bunk area and got ready for bed. "What are you doing Lo?" I asked confused as she took my banana socks. "I'm washing them because I know that you'll wanna wear them again tomorrow for the show." "And how do you know that, what if I wanted to wear my pineapple ones instaead. Huh?" "Because I know you better than you know yourself." I knew she was right but the way she answered me was weird. She almost sounded sad about it. Whatever I'm probably just tired. I climbed in my bed but looked as 3 other girls besides Lauren had there mouths draped open like they just saw a ghost. I was to tired to ask why so I just closed my curtain and let my self crawl into warm blankets and fall asleep.
