Ch. 23

~Camila's P.O.V~
Lauren said she had a surprise for me and I'm getting really excited. I've been jumping around doing my happy dance for like an hour straight and Dinah has tried to calm me down multiple times, but obviously it's not working. Lauren's been out all day doing god knows what, and I've been trapped here with the other girls. I texted her a little while ago and she said she'd be here soon but I seriously don't want to wait any longer. I finally sat down on the couch and went on my phone to check Twitter. "Hallelujah you finally sat down." Dinah said from across the room and I just let out a quiet giggle. Moments later Lauren trudged into the room and I immediately jumped on her giving her a koala hug. She was taken by surprise and almost dropped me but I had a pretty strong grip. "Can I have my surprise now !?" She nodded her head and I started jumping around again. "Oh no not again! Lauren you better control your girl, she's been driving me crazy while you were out doing whatever." Lauren laughed and I ran over back to where Lo was sitting as she opened a box. "What's that?" She continued opening the box with the knife from the kitchen. "Just wait Camz." I plopped down on the seat next to her and watched trying to sneak a peak at what it was inside the taped package. "Close your eyes Camz." I shut my eyes tight as I heard the box finally open and I really don't think I can keep my eyes shut any longer. "Okay open." I spread my eyes and looked at what Lauren was holding in front of me. NO. WAY. "HOW DID YOU GET THESE!" I screamed and had my mouth open staring at the tickets held in front of me. "I ordered them a whe ago when you told me you started liking The 1975 when I showed you them. I found out they were going on tour so I got us tickets and two T-Shirts." I jumped on her lap and hugged her as tight as I could. Ever since Lo showed me them I've been obsessed. They're amazing. They literally have such good ways with words and if I wasn't into girls I would so marry Matty Healy. "Thank you so much! I love you!" I kissed her cheek and took out the T-Shirts. "Love you too." I stared at the T-Shirts, there was a black one and a white one. "Which one do you want?" Lauren asked me and i thought about it and looked her the shirts once more. "I'll take the white one and you can have the black since you probably like that one better." She giggled and knew I was right. "Wait Lo when is the concert?" She looked at me and smiled getting excited. "Tonight!" My mouth dropped and I started running all over the place trying to figure out what pants I was going to wear since I ready had the shirt. I picked out my black high wasted pants and Laurens grey sweater with my black snapback and my black converse. Lauren chose to wear regular dark blue skinny jeans with her green jacket, black combat boots and her 'stay weird' beanie. Once we were done getting ready we left the bus and made our way towards the arena that the concert was being held at. When we got there I literally got so excited I almost peed. We walked in and found our seats, we couldn't be on the floor or anything because we didn't know if there were any fans here and we honestly just wanted to have a good time without having to deal with the fans. That sounds so terrible to say but sometimes you just need some space. Luckily nobody stopped us and the show was about to start. Matty came out and I started crying because he opened with 'Falling For You', which reminds me of Lauren. I turned to look at her singing along when I grabbed her hand and intertwined them with mine lacing our fingers. This was perfect. It felt like being here just singing along to our favorite songs, pretending that nobody was watching us and that it was just us and the band made me feel like nirvana. I wish I could stay here forever. Being with Lauren, especially held in her arms was my safe place. She turned around noticing that I had been staring at her for a while and kissed my forehead. Shivers were sent down my whole body and I knew that she was the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. So many people say that you're never going to actually stay with your first love but I didn't want to listen to them. The people that say that are the ones who didn't put enough effort into their realtionships. There's no reason why one person can't be your forever. We sang along some more until it was over and we made our way out of the arena with our hands against each other's and my head resting on the peak of her shoulder as we walked. "Thank you so much for bringing me. I had an amazing time and I'm so glad I got to spend it with you." She looked down at me and smiled. "And I'm the luckiest girl in the world that I got to spend it with you. I really want to kiss you right now though." I took a deep breath and looked around and there was still a lot of people near us. I hate that we can't just come out. I just want to be with Lauren and not have to hide my feelings. I hate secrecy and that's what this whole thing is, not even my parents know yet. Speaking of that I have no idea when I'll even have the chance to tell them in person. I shrugged it off not wanting to ruin my night and hopped into the car. I looked back and the back seats were folded down and there was a bunch of blankets and pillows laid out. Lauren got in and smiled as she buckled her seat belt and reached over planting a quick kiss on my lips and drove off. "What's all that in the back for?" She looked at me and I knew what she was about to say and I'm sure she new I would hate it too. "It's a surprise." Told you I knew what she would say. "C'mon Lo not another one! You're lucky I love you." She turned on the radio as she rolled her eyes at my comment. "We'll be there in like 10 minutes." She said and I fixed up my hair making sure it still looked good. I opened the mirror and looked at myself with a bit of a disgusted face. We didn't want to miss the concert so I didn't really have any time to wear make-up. I should've just brought it with me and did it in the car, now I have to look like crap. "Close the mirror you look beautiful." Lauren said obviously catching on to the fact that I was judging myself. I smiled at Lauren's response and did what she said. She always knows how to make me feel special and meaningful. "We're here." I looked up and we were on a hill, it was like a look out across the entire city. "Lauren this is beautiful, how did you find this?" I looked at the view in front of me and was speechless, it was stunning. All the stars and the city lights shining against them. "I looked up the best sight seeing places. C'mon, get in the back." We both jumped in the back and laid down while Lauren popped the sun roof off. It was amazing, you could lay there and it was the perfect spot to see the stars. She laid back down and I cuddled into her side with her wrapping her arms around me. We laid in complete silence as Lauren ran her fingers slowly across the top of my arm. I lifted myself up now leaning on my elbow as I pressed my lips against her soft ones. She smiled and I know just realized that the best feeling is someone's smile on your lips. To be able to feel someone's smile and taste the excitement and passion in their lips was such an indescribable feeling. She rested her hand on my butt pulling my body on top of hers, which made fireworks erupt in my stomach at the feel of her hands on my body. I knew doing this would be taking a major risk but I'm confident that I won't screw it up. Oh god I don't even know if I can do this right but I slowly removed my lips from hers and rested them against her neck. It was so warm and inviting. I thought about how to do this thinking back to all the books I've read were people do this. I used my tongue and brushed it against her skin, I decided that if I'm already doing this I should just go all in and started nibbling gently on her skin. She let out a slight moan which sounded like heaven in my ears. I nibbled a little bit more while Lauren letting out another moan showing me I was obviously doing something right, started running her hands down my back and latched onto my thigh. I let go of her neck and left another peck on her lips. I didn't really no what else to do and I think Lauren took notice of that as she flipped over and was now on top. I was getting nervous as the moment got more and more heated but in a way I felt like I was in a whole other galaxy. She placed her hands on my waist as I entangled mine in her hair, she bent down and began letting her tongue roll across the skin of my neck. Just the feeling of her pressed against me have me goosebumps and just making this even more embarrassing, Lauren noticed and giggled. "I give you goosebumps, that's cute." She lifted her head up and stared into my eyes. God those things literally just come out of nowhere and attack you. She leaned back down placing another kiss on my lips and lifted herself off of me laying back down into my side. She pulled the blanket over us and turned on her Lana Del Rey playlist. We snuggled and I couldn't be anymore relaxed than right now. We were silent but it was the best silence there was. Just knowing that we loved each other's presence enough to not have to speak was beautiful in my opinion.
