Today was going to be a good day. I just know it. I had a good night's rest without any interruptions and I was super excited that Scott and Allison were finally together. I think they make a cute couple. Unfortunately, my good mood was ruined when I got to school. I saw police officers everywhere, and an ambulance just pulled up. I carefully wandered as close as I dared to where most of the police were gathered. They were surrounding a school bus, but why? I quickly left before I got caught and immediately started to look for Scott and Stiles. I used my hearing to sift through the millions of voices in these busy hallways until I pinpointed Stiles distinct voice. I pushed my way through crowds of people as I listened to Stiles and Scott's conversation.

"Hey, come on! It's gonna be fine, all right? Personally, I think you're handling this pretty freakin' amazingly. You know, it's not like there's a Lycanthropy for Beginners' class you can take."

"Yeah...not a class, but maybe a teacher."

"Who, Derek?" Stiles exclaimed. At that moment, I spotted the two at Scott's locker and quickly inserted myself into the conversation.

"Are you forgetting that you were partially responsible for getting him tossed in jail?" I stated firmly.

"Yea, I know, but chasing her, dragging her to the back of the bus...it felt so real."

"What are you talking about?" I asked.

"Scott had a dream last night that he killed Allison in a school bus," Stiles explained before returning to the conversation. "How real?"

"Like it actually happened."

This made me nervous. If he did what he said he did, the school bus was right outside. And we were heading right toward it.

"I think it did," I said and they both turned to see the bus up close. The scene was slightly horrifying. The back emergency door was barely hanging on its hinges. Blood was everywhere, as if the victim was dragged around. It did not look like an accident. The sight freaked Scott out so much he began searching vigorously for Allison.

"She's probably fine," Stiles told him, trying to reassure him.

"We were texting each other last night and she seemed fine, " I added semi-confidently.

"She's not answering my texts," Scott said frantically.

"It could just be a coincidence, all right? A seriously amazing coincidence," Stiles said.

"Just help me find her, okay? Do you see her?"

"No-"

That's when Scott ran off in a panic. Stiles didn't even bother to follow, so he turned around to face me, smiling.

"What?"

"Nothing. You just have beautiful eyes."

My phone buzzed and I looked down to read it, sighing. "Allison just texted me. She's fine."

"Good. So, uh, how's your day going?"

I laughed. "You don't know how to act around girls do you?" He frowned slightly and I grinned.. "You're such a dork. I'm doing fine now that I know my best friend isn't the one who got attacked. And you?"

"Just swell, knowing my best friend didn't kill your best friend."

Our conversation was interrupted when the PA system came on.

"Attention students, this is your principal. I know you're all wondering about the incident that occurred last night to one of our buses. While the police work to determine what happened, classes will proceed as usual."
