Chapter Twenty

I remained steady but deep inside, I feel so nervous. I lost my parents, I almost lost auntie Amanda too. I lost many of my people, at hindi na madadagdag ang bestfriend ko do'n. I need to find some ways, hindi nila 'to pwedeng malaman dahil magpupumilit sila sumama sa'kin, kailangan sila dito. Whoever it is, I'll make sure that I will kill them with my own hand.

"Isabela, are you okay?" My senses get back when Gaius asked, nakaalalay siya kay Stephen na ngayon ay walang malay.

I will wait him, hihintayin ko siya magising, siya lang ang tanging may alam kung sino ang pumatay sa mga magulang ko. Ang pinaka matagal kong hinihintay na katotohanan, hindi ko palalampasin iyon.

"I'm okay, Gaius," I looked at my people. Hindi pa rin maubos ubos ang mga tiwalag na bampira at mga lycan na sumugod dito. "Bring him to Marcus, first, okay lang ako dito." I stated.

"You're not going alone," nagulat ako nang magsalita siya.

Damn it. I forgot that he can read my mind, he knew about my plan, and I need to convince him to not inform anyone. I held his arm before I looked in his eyes, I can see that he's confused.

"Listen, Gaius. Don't inform anyone about this letter, please. 'wag mo rin sasabihin kahit kanino na umalis ako. If you will, mapapasok nila ang palasyo. Kailangan kayo dito, kailangan niyo magbantay." I commanded.

"But--"

I clicked my tongue.

"No buts, Gaius. This is an order, from me, bilang pinuno niyo. I will be okay, I just need to get Cassidy. Hindi ko hahayaang pati siya ay mapahamak," I pleaded. 

Hindi sila pwedeng sumama dahil ang nakasaad sa sulat ay ako lang mag isa, we don't know their plan, baka mas lalong mapahamak si Cassidy kapag may nakita silang kasama ko.

"Call us when you need help," he said. Tumango lang ako to assure him, he tapped my shoulder before he used his vampire speed to bring Stephen to Marcus, sa loob ng palasayo.

I was about to open the door of my car when a vampire suddenly came at the top of it. I grabbed the sword na naka tarak sa dibdib ng isang lycan sa sahig. He showed me his fangs before he attacked me, he made me dropped my sword. Hindi ko nalang kinuha pabalik iyon, I grabbed him by the shoulder and threw him on the ground, he's moaning and that means he's still alive.

I used my vampire speed to run in his position. He froze when he saw my face with my fangs, I punched him in the throat before I clenched my hand on his neck, I didn't use my pyrha.

"Sino ang nag utos sa inyo manggulo dito?" Ngitngit sa galit ang ngipin ko nang tanungin sa kanya iyon.

He smirked even though nahihirapan na siya.

"Edi alamin mo, magaling ka, diba?" He sarcastically said.

I didn't think twice to use my pyrha on him, his loud growl filled my ears, but I enjoyed it. I watched how his head separated from his body. Walang kwenta kausap, kapag ganon ay dapat tinatapos na agad. I will now waste my time for his stupid answer.

Agad akong sumakay sa kotse ko at nagsimulang mag drive. My hands were shaking while holding the steering wheel. This is my first time as a leader, to decide by myself. I don't even know what awaits me there, kung kamatayan ba o ano. But I'm willing to sacrifice my life for someone that is important to me, hindi man siya galing sa bayan ko. She's my friend since I was a child, siya lamang ang nagbigay ng kasiyahan sa akin habang busy sila ama't ina.

My hand tightened the grip on the steering wheel when I finally arrived. I clenched my jaw before I turned off the engine. I fixed my leather jacket pagkababa ko. I remember this place, dito ako dinala ni Kaiden noon. Only lycans and vampires know this place. Nilibot ko ang paningin ko bago nagsimulang maglakad.
