Y/n POV

I opened the door and Bambam greeted me with a smile.

"Morning." He said as he walked in looking professional. I smiled as he sat down in the office that was now fully done.

"Here." I placed a thick folder on his desk and he scanned it with disgust.

"What is that?" I smiled.

"It's names, apartment numbers, contact numbers and receipts with contracts too of everyone who lives in this building excluding myself." He nodded.

"You really are a country bumpkin huh?" I looked at him confused and he nodded.

"Don't worry I'll organise everything." I nodded.

"I have some things to apply for and personal stuff to sort out so I'll be out for a while. Feel free to eat and drink or have a break whenever! If someone comes please let them in and listen to them." Bambam nodded.

"Does everyone in the building know you live here?" I nodded.

"We do the contracts and agreements here actually." He looked at me with disappointment.

"Thats dangerous. Don't do that anymore." I awkwardly nodded this time and grabbed my bag and sat up smiling.

"Call me if you have any questions. I've given all then tenants your number so be prepared." He stood up and walked up to me. I froze and he smiled before patting my head.

"I'll see you when you come back home." My heart was a bit shaken from that.

"Ahh... yess." I said before grabbing my keys and stumbling out the door. I sighed before going to my car. Downstairs I saw Lei. I smiled and she hugged me.

"You ready to go?" I nodded.

"I thought jungkook was coming?" She rolled her eyes.

"That's what I thought. Instead we have this stalker." She pointed and behind a pole about 100 metres away was Jungkook wearing a tuxedo and glasses. I giggled a bit.

"He's so obvious." She shrugged.

"He wants to see if guys flirt with me when he's not there. I told him it's a given but whatever." We both giggled and I jumped in my car with her in the passenger seat. I grabbed my phone and started calling jungkook. He picked up.

"What's up."

"Do you need a ride?" I heard him choke. Did he not realise the car will be moving!?

"H-how did you know I was..." I giggled realising why he choked.

"Lei told me. Your busted." He groaned then a few moments later he stepped into our car. I giggled and looked at Lei who was just staring out the window like a diva.

"You always come crawling back." She joked. I smiled and Jungkook just groaned and sunk in his seat.

"Whatever. Let's go." He said. I nodded and started the car driving off.

TIMESKIP

"How'd it go?" I smiled.

"They said I would probably make it into the academy however it is important to be able to speak English... which means I need to learn abroad first."  Lei clapped.

"So we are going to the US!? I have lots of friends there to show you guys. Y/n you will LOVE kyungsoo! He's cold but a cutie." I sighed.

"I don't think... I want to do this anymore."

"Wait why?" I groaned.

"Now isn't the time to leave Korea. Yoongi and I have just started back up again... I don't want to spoil that plus not building is beginning to upgrade and better. I... can't leave for a while." Jungkook nodded.

"But if you don't do it... you'll never get into the academy of teaching and you can't complete your dream..." I smiled.

"I know... there has to be another way." Lei nodded and we continued walking around to eat then leave.

BAMBAM POV

I sat down on the office silently listening to the ticks from the clock. I opened up the thick files reading slowly the notes.

NOTES:
Was kicked out of house by abusive boyfriend so fed her and let her have apartment.
ENTERED: 12 July
PAYMENTS STARTED: 19 Nov

My eyes widened. The payments were literally so cheap. But the more rooms I read the more I began to understand why she did what she did.

STATUS: OCCUPIED
NOTES:
Old man abandoned in the streets by family who took his money. Allowed him to stay for free whilst he sorts out his problems at home.

PAYMENTS STARTED: Nil

I sighed. She was so kind hearted. I smiled and decided to go from door to door to meet these kind people and insure she wasn't being fooled. Starting from the bottom.

"Hi! I'm Bambam the new financial consecutive of this building working for y/n." I said to every door and they all responded the same.

"Come in! Have a drink are you hungry? Is y/n with you I'd love to thank her for everything she's done! Please tell her not to send us food anymore we are grateful and wish to return the favour!" It made me feel a bit... jealous. If she found me earlier before I had gotten into a deal with them... would life be this great? I smiled walking towards her door. Her room was most definitely the most smallest one compared to others. She was selfless in every way.

"Bambam?" I turned and saw her walk in smiling with Leo and Jungkook behind her. I walked up to her and pulled her into a hug.

"I wish we met earlier."

Y/n POV

"Bambam- I love that we are doing this but not right now when I have company..." he hugged me tighter making himself comfortable and I poked my head over his shoulders forcing me on my toes. I sighed.

"Did something happen?" I asked a bit concerned. We stayed silent then I was yanked out of his arms in a second. I expected it. I saw Lei holding me tightly and Jungkook glaring at Bambam while holding his collar. Bambam chuckled awkwardly.

"So that's what you meant by company heh...." I sighed.

"Can you let him go jungkook he's my friend-"

"He's your friend?" I looked behind me at the familiar raspy voice. Eyes widened as I saw Yoongi standing there glaring at Bambam and not breaking eye contact. This felt familiar.... and I think I knew... what was gonna happen next.
