Chapter 40 {Pt. 2}

I just read that the longest time twins were apart were 87 days! Damn.. that's a long time! :0

THIRD PERSON:

"Wha- what?" Rey asked out of breath. Her head was still trying to wrap around what the doctor just said.

"The other child? You do you know its twins right?"

"Oh ya sure these are the faces of two people in the knowing!" Rey yelled at him.

Ben was standing next to her. The doctor cleared his throat and relaxed,

"Wait I can't believe this we told you Rey."

"No you did not!"

"We kept telling you two heartbeats are strong when you came to the doctor."

"I thought you were talking about me and the baby's heartbeat!"

Wenell sighed heavily, "Well congrats. Alright your going to have to start pushing soon to get your- "

"Wait before you say the gender we would like to know it after the baby is born." Ben said raising his voice. Rey looked at Ben. Gently tugging at the sleeve of his shirt.

" You sure?" She asked.

"Yes it'll be like a surprise!"

Rey gave a laugh. Ben smiled and kissed her forehead. Rey gently put her head down on the pillow. She started humming to herself. Tired as ever, but she knew soon she had another fight to fight until it was completely over.

"Rey.. "

She looked up to see Usha standing next to her.

"Yes?"

"We were wondering what's the name for your baby girl?"

"Kira.. " Rey said softly.

"Ok then Kira Skywalker it is.. "

"No! Kira Skywalker- Solo please." Rey said looking at Ben. Ben gave a small smile before giving her a kiss. Rey let out one of her big smiles.

"Alright you ready Rey to push again?"

"I suppose.. " Rey mumbled. She sat up. Ben gripped her hand in her own. Ben gripped her leg as Rey gripped the other. Rey grunted as she felt a contraction hit her. She growled in pain.

"Alright good Rey! Your doing great now rest.. "

Rey sighed as she laid back, not that much tired than the last time. She felt a sudden burst of energy. 

"Alright come on again and ready lets go push!"

Rey grunted again. Ben held her back trying to keep her upright as possible for her to be easier.

"Ok ok.. great I see something.. ok she's fine! Alright a few more minutes and you'll be good!"

Rey pushed as hard as she can. Her body about to climax from exhaustion. Rey quivered a little bit making her give up a little.

"Come on Rey you can do this! Were almost there!"

Ben pushed her up a little helping Rey as she breathed heavily. She gives out a shaky breath.

"Rey You're doing great! You can do this!" Ben said trying to encourage her.

Rey used all her might on one final push she gave out. She layed tiredly on the bed as she felt the baby escape her. She opened her eyes to see a..

A baby girl!

Not the same as Kira. Kira had brown hair.. barely visible to see. This one.. she had dark hair like her father. The baby cried in Wenell's arms as he carried her to Usha to get cleaned up.

Once done, they carried the girls to Rey and Ben. Rey took Kira as Ben took the other one. Rey didn't have a name for her yet, though when Ben was gone she would always think about what would happen if they were going to have more children.

But Rey did knew what her name would be, she felt in her self.

"Ben.. I know what I want to name her. " 

Ben huddled closer to her, handing her to Rey. She took her, carrying both of the twins now. Rey looked at her, a small smile at her lips.

"Leianna.. " Rey said softly.

"Leianna?" Ben asked quit unable to hear her. Rey nodded her head. She looked up to see Ben right next to her face. Rey didn't hesitate, she pressed her lips against his lips giving him a quick kiss. Ben pulled away with a stupid grin on his face.

"I don't think we should do that in front of the babies, it'll terrorize them. "

Rey laughed startling Kira's sleep. She started to cry.

"Aww don't cry.. its ok mommy's here.. I'm here." She gently rocked the babies side to side.

Rey and Ben went back to there room, more comfortable. Ben was walking around the room with Kira in his arms. Rey couldn't help give a smile seeing Ben talking to Kira as if she'll understand. 

Rey looked down at Leianna in her arms. She was sound asleep. She had dark hair like her father but hazel eyes like her mother..

A single tear ran down Rey's cheek as she smiled. She knelt down her head and pressed a soft kiss to her baby girls head.

Rey was overwhelmed with joy inside of her. She never felt more happy to have a family of her own, especially with the man she loves.

¨Ben?¨ she called over. Ben lifted his head and made is way to her,

¨Yes my queen?¨

Rey chuckled before leaning over and pressing her lips softly to his, ¨I love you.. ¨

Ben smiled as he leaned his forehead against hers, ¨I love you too..¨

Welp This has been a wild roller coaster!! My acc got logged out and I couldn't get back on and I was so upset.. I tired and tried but couldn't do anything.. It wasn't until today I got back and on and I'm overwhelmed with joy..

Without hesitating I finished up this chapter and I do plan on completing this book.. I missed writing so much and I am now back!!
