Chapter 45

Ben Solo is the best father ever, if you think not, I wont hesitate to fight u!

REY'S POV:

Rey sat at the private bar that was within the castle walls. Only the higher rank officers, and leaders were allowed in there.

Rey sat at the stool bar staring at her drink, Scotch on the rocks with a twist, sadness and anger within consumed her after finding out the truth from Ben.

It was late into the night, extremely late, when she came for a drink. Only a few officers were in the bar and she was glad that they were. She never really had a proper alcoholic drink, but she didn't care. 

Ben and the girls are fast asleep back up in there room. Rey took that opportunity to come down here and have an alone time to herself. She needed it unlike anything.

She didn't want to believe that she had to leave her family, but she knew deep down she had no choice.

"Rey?"

Rey looked up at the sound of her name. It was Rose, Alena, and Jannah.

"Oh, hey Rose, Alena, and Jannah.."

She said before looking back down again. Rose took a seat next to her while the others stood next to her. Rose then took her drink away from her and covered her hand in her own, "Rey.. were worried about you."

"We all are.." Alena said truthfully.

Rey nodded her head, "I know, its just.. its hard to comprehend what's happening around the galaxy right now."

Rose nodded her head, "I know.. that's why we're here to help."

"What do you mean?"

Alena then came forward, "Me and Rose are going to stay here in the castle and look after your girls while Jannah, Poe, and Finn go into battle with you. If anything, and I mean anything, happens to you and Ben, all of us promise to look after your girls and give them the love they deserve."

Rey's eyes filled were tears as she came forward and hugged all three of the girls, "Thank you, you have no idea how much that means to me.." she said truthfully.

"Of course.. anything for you, " Jannah said.

Rey yawned tiredly.

"Rey I think it's best we get you to bed, " Alena said before holding onto her hand leading her up to her room while the others followed.

Once Rey was in front of her room, she put in her pin number and walked in, saying goodnight to all her friends before making her way to her bedroom.

Her eyes slightly widen to see Ben completely knocked out on the floor near the baby crib. His hand within the bars of the crib, resting on the girls bed. Rey guessed he was trying to calm them down.

She gently came forward and saw Leianna holding her dad's hand within her own tiny hands. Her saliva all over his fingers.

Great, she found a chew toy, Rey thought to herself before she gently took Ben's hand away from her. She started to fuss a little but then stopped once Rey put her pacifier in her mouth, and drifted back to sleep.

Rey then went to the refresher and grabbed a wipe and gently cleaned Ben's hand off. She was surprised of how deeply he was asleep, but she didn't mind.

Rey then got up and started to haul Ben up to the bed but stopped brutally once he realized how heavy he was and set him back down, "Jesus Ben.. what the hell do you eat?" she whispered harshly.

Rey knew it was worthless, so instead she used the force to haul him to bed. Once he was, she changed into her pajamas, promising to herself to shower in the morning, before she went climbed into bed.
