CHAPTER 24

Firm: boardroom   

"Kumusta ang plano niyo sa project?" Tanong ni James.

"Everything is fine." Brian replies.

"Everyone! Our new engineer is here." Pumasok ang secretary ni James. Kasunod ang bagong engineer.

"Ooohhh!" Napa oohh ang karamihan sa lalaking nasa loob.

"Everyone this is Stephanie Sandoval, fresh from New York. Our new civil engineer." Danna introduced her formally.

"Hi everyone! I'm Stephanie Sandoval, but just call me Steph. Nice to meet you all." Stephanie greets everyone.

Nag sitayuan ang lahat at isa-isang nagpakilala at nakipag kamay na akala mo ngayon lang nakakita ng babae. Huli sila Brian.

"Hi I'm Brian Falcon, nice to meet you." Nakipag kamay ito.

"Andrew Castro" Pakilala ni Andrew. Huling tumayo si James.

"James Aragon, nice to meet you and welcome."

"Oh hi! The CEO. Tama nga sila." Stephanie said and smiled sweetly while shaking their hands.

"Tama sila na." James repeats

"That the CEO was hot!"

"Woaahh!" Everyone exclaimed.

"Hindi talaga tayo mapapansin ng chicks, when Mr.CEO is here." Sabi ng isa nailing nalang si James.

"Mr. Sebastian sent me here to help you guys on your project. I hope, I'm welcome."

"Of course you are." Other man says.

Stephanie Sandavol is a Civil Engineer at International architectural and interior design company. Kung saan isa sa nagmamay ari ang pamilya  ni Chelsy. Mr. Sabastian is the CEO of that company, kaya halos doon talaga sila nakatira.

Stephanie has short hair. Long legged, sculpted body. She's definitely gorgeous,  sophisticated. Almost perfect.

"Would you mind if you give me a tour Mr. President?" Ngumiti si James.

"Okay, sure!"

"I can accompany you Miss Steph if you want?" The other guy says. Ngumiti lang si Stephanie.

"Next time!" Sabi nito sa lalaki at ngumiti. Pinagtawanan lang ng iba ang lalaki.

"Shall we" Aya ni James dito. Lumabas ang dalawa sa boardroom. Nagsimula silang mag ikot ng building.

Pinakilala din ito sa mga employee, sa H.R department. Designing department, finance dept. and sa iba pa.

"Here's your office." He says as he opens the door. Pumasok sila, pinagmasdan nito ang opisina.

"Nice, calming. Thanks for the tour James. Is it okay with you if I just call James?"

"Of course! Masyado naman pormal kung Mr. President pa itatawag mo sakin."

"You're son in law of  Architect Sebastian  right?" She asks.

"Yeah, I am."

"For sure your wife is very beautiful. I heard a lot of things about her. And about that accident happened. Mrs. Sebastian told me about her." Umupo ito sa swivel chair.

"Yeah! She's extremely beautiful." James says proudly.

"Kailangan, relaxing ang magiging lugar, hindi lang basta magagandang building ang dapat na itayo. Dapat eco-friendly, kasi isipin niyo.... government project to. Once na mag present tayo ng plano na hindi makakasira sa nature,  siguradong maaprove agad yan. Kasi unang-unang kalaban diyan ang mga environmental organization.... pag hindi sila approve, siguradong yun ang unang-unang k'kontra. Pero kung eco-friendly ang magagawa natin... sila pa mismo ang makakatulong satin para makuha ang project. That's great strategy. "
