AN) Okay well now that thats done I shall go pray

When I woke up it was dawn, the sun was just starting to rise. The memories from the night before flooded my mind as I realised I was in Zuko's arms. I slowly started to shift my leg down his waist, eager to stretch out.

A hot hand stopped me by grabbing my thigh.

"Shit I woke him up." I thought, but I had barely moved.

"Don't." A raspy voice commanded.

"Zuko?" I asked, shifting my head to look up at him.

"Just go back to sleep." He said softly.

"Just let me stretch a little" I pestered.

"Trust me you don't want to." He told me.

I realised that he was trying to hide.....something from me.

"Zuko are you-" I started.

"All firebender rise with the sun. In.every.way." He hissed, "Just ignore it ok? This time it isn't my fault."

"I hope you know I will never let this go." I said softly and buried my head in his chest.

"Yeah, I know." He whispered, taking his hand off of my thigh.

I swiftly walked to the wall, praying to Kyoshi that it was open. To my luck the gates were wide open when I arrived and I cheered silently to myself as I walked through the wide gate.

The Dai Li agent from yesterday gave me an odd look, but didn't say anything else as I went through.

I had left shortly after breakfast with Iroh and Zuko, which Iroh had insisted that I eat. Before leaving I had pressed a quick kiss on Zuko's lips secretly which made him turn bright red.

Maybe I should 'get lost' in that part of town more often.

Soon enough I was at the house where I had left yesterday. Slowly I opened the door trying to be as quiet as possible. This of course did not work.

"AMARA!" Katara yelled as soon as I stepped into the house, "WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?"

"Good morning to you too," I remarked as I pushed past her.

"You never came back! I was worried sick!" She called after me. Sighing I turned around, feeling a little guilty for making her worry so much.

"I got caught in the lower ring, I'm fine though." I said, technically I wasn't lying, so Toph had nothing against me.

"Where did you stay?" Katara asked. I stopped. How the hell was I going to lie my way out of this when Toph was right there, waiting.

"An old friend's house." I said, that wasn't a lie, I just hoped it worked, "I'm sorry for making you worry, but I'm here now and I brought your thread and Toph's food."

I saw Toph grimace but she went back to eating. I quietly sighed in relief at the earthbenders' loyalty. I walked into my room and opened up the spirit book that Astra had given me. I heard walking and someone opened and shut my door.

"Where were you?" A voice asked quietly. I looked up to see Toph standing there, arms crossed.

"Toph, if I tell you, you must keep it a secret." I whispered.

"Deal." Toph told me. I patted the bed next to me, motioning for her to come sit with me.

"Oh yeah Toph I'll make some random noises and assume you know where I am even though you're blind." Toph mimicked me.
