Overestimated

No one's POV:

"What did you just say?" Tsurugi asked Hakuryuu while his eyes were apparently glowing with rage...

Not a too many minutes passed since Tsurugi finally arrived at Japan and met with Hakuryuu at their usual place. And also since Hakuryuu decided to tell him everything that happened the past couple of days...

"Tsurugi...I know what you're feeling right now but you need to calm down-"

"Calm down? CALM DOWN?!" Tsurugi was infuriated, "Y/N HAS BEEN KIDNAPPED FOR TWO DAYS AND YOU'RE TELLING ME TO CALM DOWN?!"

Hakuryuu sighed, knowing that this would be his reaction.

"Who took her?" Tsurugi asked with gritted teeth.

"I'm not sure if telling you would be safe for her-"

"ANSWER ME HAKURYUU!"

"Amemiya...Amemiya Taiyou."

Tsurugi's eyes widened at the mention of his name...

"I know where she is." He said.

This time, Hakuryuu's eyes were the ones to widen, "YOU DO?! Then c'mon let's go find her!"

"No. You stay here." Tsurugi said seriously.

"Are you kidding? Y/n is my best friend! I can't just sit here and do nothing while she's abducted by a creepy psycho!" Hakuryuu retorted angrily.

"NO HAKURYUU YOU'RE NOT COMING!"

"WHY?!"

"BECAUSE IT'S SOMETHING THAT I DON'T WANT YOU TO GET INVOLVED IN!"

Hakuryuu looked Tsurugi dead in the eye, "Oh? I'm already involved."

"Hah?! How?! Why?!" Tsurugi yelled.

"Listen to me! Whatever you don't want to get me involved in, I assure you, I'm already involved!" Hakuryuu yelled back then continued as Tsurugi was hearing him carefully, "Amemiya knows who I am and what is my relationship with you and y/n, HE is the one who threatened me not to say anything of what I saw or he'll ki- hurt y/n!"

Tsurugi narrowed his eyes, "What did you see?"

Hakuryuu sighed once more, "I saw him selling some type of pills to a strange man in a dark alley..."

"Strange pills?" Tsurugi repeated as Hakuryuu nodded.

'So he still works with chemicals...' Tsurugi thought them sighed, "Fine. Let's go get y/n back."

So they both dashed outside the park, with Tsurugi leaving his bag laying there on the grass. He had more important things on his mind now (as you can see)

He hauled a taxi as they both got inside, "Street 5. Quickly please." Tsurugi told the driver but the driver widened his eyes, "But sir...that street is abondoned-"

"JUST DRIVE!" Tsurugi yelled. Hakuryuu calmed him down and urged the driver to drive them there quickly as he finally sighed and started moving.

Your POV:

I finally opened my eyes but was still feeling groggy from whatever that guy injected in me.

As I came to my senses, I felt a burning sensation on my face...

"Oh...right. He cut me on the cheek..."
