Apology But...

No one's POV:

Afternoon classes had ended with no sign of Amemiya anywhere.

You decided that maybe he's not coming back to class after all and just packed your stuff to leave.

A few minutes later after you left your classroom, an orange-haired guy entered to retrieve his keys that he apparently forgot in his drawer...

And that's when he saw the little sticky note plastered on the surface of his desk:

Hey Amemiya, I wanted to tell you something and searched for you all day but you just didn't seem to be around. So when you read this note, please come and find me or we could wait till tomorrow if that's better.

Amemiya finished reading the note without touching it as a huge grin crept to his face.

He then thought that you must have just left so he grabbed his keys and dashed towards the main exit to catch up to you.

"*cough* *cough*"

"Haku are you okay? You seem to be coughing a lot today..."

"No I'm fine it's just a few coughs probably from the weather or something."

As he approached the exit, he spotted your back walking alongside Hakuryuu. He didn't waste another minute and ran up to you as he grabbed your arm, startling you...

"Still you should-AH! What the-Amemiya?" You screeched but was surprised to see who was tugging on your sleeve.

Hakuryuu on the other hand didn't look pleased at all...

"The hell you want?" He asked him dryly but Amemiya made no reaction to Hakuryuu's existence.

"You wanted to tell me something?" Amemiya asked looking into your eyes while his hand was still gripping your forearm...

"Oh...so you read the note I left you?" You asked to make sure as Amemiya removed his hand and scoffed, "Why else would I be here?"

You could feel Hakuryuu's burning glare from the side of your face but you decided to ignore it for now...

"Well? What was it that you wanted to tell me?" Amemiya repeated.

You kept silent for a few seconds which was testing Amemiya's patience...

"Let's go somewhere private." He said as he started pulling you away but Hakuryuu grabbed his arm to stop him...

"You're not going anywhere alone with her. Y/n if you want to tell him something then tell him here and now." He demanded and you nodded slowly as Amemiya removed his hand once again while shoving Hakuryuu's hand away, "Don't touch me." He glared at Hakuryuu as Hakuryuu snarled at him then said, "Make it quick y/n" without removing his eyes from Amemiya's gaze.

You cleared your throat in an attempt to lighten the mood between the two, Amemiya turned his eyes to you but his expression changed to a blank and bored one, ready to listen...

"So um...look Amemiya, I wanted to thank you for your help the other day and..." you paused. "Go on." Amemiya said.

"And I wanted to apologise for um...ya know...being kinda rude to you. I didn't mean any harm I promise!" You told him and Hakuryuu's eyes couldn't be any wider at what you said.

"I see..." Amemiya started not removing his eyes from you, "How does it feel to have guilt roaming around your every thought?" A smile started forming on his face while tilting his head sideways.
