Tsurugi's POV:

I immediately ran after him...

I think he noticed me since he started running suddenly, I ran faster in an attempt to catch him.

He kept going around corners into many alleys until I turned after one of the corners to find him standing there facing me with a glare...

"Well hello there Agent 1~"

"Don't call me by that name."

He smirked sickeningly while still keeping his glare at me, "You think you can just run away from your past? Face it Kyousuke, you were a part of Fifth Sector and will always be. No one can change that."

"Nonsense. I've already erased the horrible memories of that place from my head." Then I took a step forward, "And now you shall come with me quietly to the police station...unless you want me to grab you the hard way..."

"Oh? Are you threatening me? Don't give me your death glare Kyousuke, it's so scary." He said sarcastically.

I scoffed at him and asked once more, "Will you come with me quietly or not? I'm won't be asking nicely again Taiyou."

He laughed like the psycho he is then started walking towards me slowly, "I'm actually glad you came after me..." he whispered but I could hear him.

I saw his hand reach into his pocket as he pulled out a dagger while still having his gaze fixed on me, "Why don't we finish off where we started?"

I tried thinking of what to do with each step he took towards me. This was bad...we're in the middle of a very quiet alley and it appears that not many people cross by here...

I needed to think of what to do. Fast.

That's when I noticed the Amemiya was now standing right in front of me...

"It was reckless of you to come here alone, Kyousuke..." he said with a creepy grin on his face as his grip on the dagger tightened, "You might as well SAY YOUR LAST WORDS-" he raised the dagger above his head, about to stab me. I was going to try and punch him away first but someone cut me off...

"T H R O W  Y O U R  W E A P O N. AMEMIYA TAIYOU, YOU ARE UNDER ARREST." We suddenly heard a voice through a mic.

It was the police!

This time, they came prepared. There was a helicopter above our heads as well as multiple police cars from every direction, blocking any way out of the alley. We were trapped and Amemiya had no way to run from.

"Dammit..." I heard him curse and while he was busy comprehending what's happening around us, I took the chance and kicked the dagger out of his palm quickly.

He stumbled a few steps backward and two police men ran quickly and handcuffed him.

"You have the right to remain silent. Any words you wish to say will be only allowed in the court. Now come with us peacefully." The police man with the mic said but Amemiya was trying to fight the men holding him off.

"LEAVE ME ALONE YOU BASTARDS! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO ARREST ME! NO! MY PLAN CAN'T BE RUINED JUST LIKE THIS! NOT AFTER ALL I'VE BEEN THROUGH!" He kept shouting, yelling, kicking and cursing but luckily, there was enough men to hold him down and into their car as they finally drove him off to the police station.

I sighed a sigh of relief but couldn't help wondering, who called the police here??

Then I heard a voice coming from my right...

"Are you okay Tsurugi?" I turned to find, "Tenma? How did you get here?"

"I'm the one who called the police." He said with a smile while walking over to me.

"It was...you?"

He nodded, "I thought I'd leave too after you left the hospital. I was on my way home but then spotted you running after that guy and I decided to follow you." He explained, "And when I saw that dagger in his hands, I immediately called the police since it looked very dangerous."

"Wow Tenma...you've practically saved my life twice today. You found my suitcase and helped in arresting that psychopath...I can't thank you enough." I told him with a smile. I was sincerely grateful for Tenma...

"It's not big deal! Now you can all rest easy without worrying about that guy anymore. He's been finally arrested and will be taken care of."

"True. Let's go back and tell y/n and Hakuryuu about the good news." I said as he nodded and we walked back to the hospital.

Your POV:

"REALLY?!" Hakuryuu and I yelled together after hearing the amazing news.

"*sigh* Now I can rest in peace." Hakuryuu said while leaning in his chair.

"You sound like you're dying or something *chuckle*" I told him and we all chuckled together.

Finally...we can all stop worrying about Amemiya still being out there...

Our lives can go back to normal now!

It's finally over...
