My first book, "The Arrangement has reached 3.6+ million reads and I'm so excited so I'm entering The Wattys 💃💃💃
Thank you all for the love and support. I couldn't have done it without you❤❤❤
Hannah was freaking out and I couldn’t for the love of God figure out why but then again it’s her wedding day and I guess freaking out came with weddings.
“Remind me again why your cousin is acting crazy.” I asked Tiwa who was busy typing away on her phone.
“Wedding problems I guess. I don’t even want to go near her right now so she doesn’t slap me.” Tiwa said while moving her face at different angles to take selfies.
“Tell me about it.” I said laughing lightly.
“Now stand so I can take a picture of you because you look amazing.” She gushed while taking countless pictures of me.
“So do you.” I said getting up so she could take different pictures of me.
I looked at myself in the mirror and smile at how gorgeous I looked.
My hair was packed on a stylish bun and my makeup was done perfectly.
Just like the others, I had a floor length gown with a heart-shaped neckline that hugged my curves perfectly but also had a slit from the knee downward so it showed some skin.
It wasn’t every time I felt beautiful and ever since I started wearing clothes that were twice my size, I hardly got to feel that way.
“Alex is definitely going to trip when he sees you.” She said excitedly and I just rolled my eyes at her but a part of me couldn’t help but wonder how he would react.
“Again with Alex. Just promise me you won’t embarrass me today.”
“I believe you should be telling Nana that and not me.” She said laughing lightly before passing her phone to me so I could take pictures of her too.
Hannah and Nana have been taunting me with Alex throughout the week and I prayed that they wouldn’t embarrass me today.
My cousin looked like a million bucks and I felt proud knowing that we were related.
We passed the phone to Lucy who was also on the bridal train so she could take us together and after about a hundred pictures, we finally took a break.
“I’m going to have a lot of work tonight sorting out these pictures.” She said scrolling through her phone and with the expression on her face, I could tell they were good.
“Just make sure you send the best ones to me.” I told her and moved to grab my phone when I got a message from Emily that they were here.
“They’re here.” I told Tiwa and she let out a loud squeal which made me roll my eyes at her again at her childishness.
“Okay guys the wedding is starting so I’ll need everyone together right now.” The wedding planner called to everyone in the room as we all got up.
I walked over to where my cousin was in all her white dress glory and smiled at her, “I’m glad you’re a bit calm, you look amazing and Damon is lucky to have you.” I told her sincerely.
“I won’t be totally calm till all this is over but thanks cuz, you look beautiful too and I’m sure Alex won’t be able to take his eyes off of you.” She said with a mischievous smile and I scowled at her.
Like I said, they hadn’t let me hear the end of it throughout the week.
“Okay I think you need to go back to freaking out now.” I said flatly which caused her to laugh loudly.
