"That cloud kinda looks like goose poop," Addison murmured nonchalantly as she stared at the blue sky littered with clouds above us. "And that one also looks like goose poop."
It was Wednesday afternoon, and Addison agreed to have lunch with me on top of a small hill on the other side of the high school parking lot. We just finished the fruit platter and veggie sandwiches I made, and I was happy that she ate her portion quickly and easily. It was weird, because the only time I've ever seen Addison eat was when she was with me. I silently hoped she was getting enough food and water to stay healthy.
Addison was closely tucked in next to me with her arm propped on my shoulder as I used my other hand to play with strands of her hair.
Addison's hair was down despite her already wearing her black and green tennis outfit for her game later today. Additionally, she was wearing her black rimmed glasses, because she claimed she wouldn't get to see the clouds any better. Plus, she hinted that she may have forgotten her contacts at home.
I muttered as I looked at her side profile, "Why goose poop? Why so specific?"
She turned her head so she was facing me as she laid on my shoulder, "Have you never seen goose poop?"
"Uh, I can't say that I have."
She rolled her eyes and took out her phone. I watched her Google 'goose poop' then click on images as she shoved the phone in my face. I blinked as I pushed her phone back a little so I could look at the picture of literal goose shit she was showing me.
"Huh," I paused as I glanced up at the clouds, "You're right. They do look like goose poop."
She punched the air out of excitement for her mini-victory, "Fuck yeah I am!"
I laughed and tucked her head closer to mine so I could give her a quick kiss on the cheek. I would've made out with her otherwise, but I really didn't want Addison to get in trouble for PDA. So, I suppose a kiss on the cheek would suffice .
It was quiet after that, which I didn't mind. Addison wrapped her right arm around my torso and snuggled into me more. I watched her do so, which resulted in her tennis skirt to slide up. As much as I loved looking at that view, I leaned a little to tuck it down in case someone else was nearby to see.
She murmured, "Thanks," as she traced little circles on my chest, which just felt like little pokes through my hoodie.
"You're welcome," I responded absentmindedly as I became focused on trying to memorize the contours of her face. I had to let out a little breath just because I was so excited to be with Addison, despite having to go back to class in fifteen minutes.
Addison hasn't asked her parents to sleep over at Blaire's or June's house. She also hasn't asked to visit there either, mostly because June was in total heartbreak over Adrienne. Addison was explaining to me June's side of the story, and quite honestly Adrienne sounded stupid as shit. I tried talking to her on Tuesday, but she merely changed the conversation and asked if I was going to throw a party soon. Usually I would, since my parents still haven't come back from their business trip, but there was just way too much on my mind to do so.
That way too much - was mostly Addison.
Addison wanted to wait before lying to her parents. She said that if her parents did end up calling Blaire or June to confirm her whereabouts, it might stress June out more during her 'darker times' and she didn't want to burden her with her 'parent issues' as well.
I completely understood, so here I was, waiting until it was the right time for Addison to come up with an excuse so we could escape together to my house. According to Addison, she couldn't wait for the time away so we wouldn't be restricted to each other - and of course, she had to emphasize that she couldn't wait to fuck.
