Chapter 2 : Encounter Part 1

My eyes don't feel heavy, even though it was one midnight.

I lay on my bed raising my right-hand upwards, thinking about the changes that had just happened to me.

Will everything be alright?

I hope this change will not affect my family later. I love my family more than anything; I want nothing bad to happen to my family.

Let only me accept all the bad things that will happen. Though, while holding my right palm tightly.

I hope Manes is here. There are still many of my listed questions that he needs to answer.

I felt thirsty. I got out of bed to take my drinking water on my study table.

*Shakes*

When I was just standing up, the house shook. "W-What?" The shake makes me lose my balance, "An earthquake?" I'm using my table to support me.

I see a gigantic shadow passing through my glass window, and it is followed by an earthquake many times. Intrigued by the large shadow passing by my window, I walk straight to the window.

After arriving at my window, my sweat fell from my forehead, and my entire body felt goosebumps and trembles. My face looks like it's stiff from what I had seen outside my window. "W-What is that?"

A giant like a mammal that crawls using its six legs, which is almost fifty meters tall and nearly one kilometer long, from head to tail, making it taller and bigger than any building in the Fraun city.

The creature's face is like an eagle, but is more sinister than the original with spiky back, making it something we should not disturb.

The creature is almost two kilometers from my home, hoping that the creature does not head towards here.

Seeing the creature made me think, is this the power of the Vita eye that Manes told me about? That has the ability to see spirits and other living things.

I tried to open the bandage from my left eye, to try what would happen if I used Dead Eye, which was Manes' eye. I open my bandages; I look at the monster to see what will happen.

A light blue light shining all over the monster. I do not know the meaning of these colors, but this may be the ability of the eyes of Manes.

So, what makes this eye called Dead Eye if I only see light?

My imagination when I used Dead Eye towards the creature, the creature immediately died. If that really happened, then I would be the most dangerous human on this earth.

A few tens of minutes later...

The creature was at a great distance from before; I let out a sigh of relief, because the creature was heading in the opposite direction from my house.

People do not believe that the gigantic shadow that I saw before belonged to that gigantic creature and the earthquake came from the creature's footsteps because they cannot see it.

What happened to the city over there, where the creature passed by? Did the people there survive and not be trampled by those creatures?

Because from what I saw earlier, it makes me more unable to sleep at all. I sat on my bed while watching outside the window carefully from other creatures like that.
