"I'm sorry Iida..." that's all that played through his head, that scene over and over haunting him non stop. It has been a week, but it felt likes years since the LOV took you from UA. The school wasn't the same, everyone had a feeling of shame towering over them. But it had affected Iida the most.
He put the blame on himself. Saying that he wasn't good enough to protect you when you needed it. He stayed quiet in class and didn't even yell at people for sitting on tables. As the days went by the pro hero's had gone on patrol searching for you, but they had no luck and could never find you. With each passing day Iida was closer to excepting defeat, he knew there was a chance that he would never see you again.
"You alright Iida?.." Mina asks as she sits next to him on the common room couch. "I'm sorry to say this, but I've been better..." Iida replies with while looking down at his lap. "We will find her again..." Mina brushes her hands against Iida's back trying her hardest to comfort him. "I hope so, what happens if she doesn't come back? What will I do?" Iida's face starts to turn red as his eyes start to water. "I miss her..." he says while wiping the tears from his eyes. "I know..." Mina says, "we all do."
"I'm gonna go for a walk...I may be home late but don't stay up to late yourself okay?" Says Iida trying his hardest to fake a smile for his friend. Mina nods and with that Iida leaves the dorms.
As Iida walked through the streets his mind started to wander to places he didn't want it to go, he could only imagine the pain and suffering you were going through and all he could do was wait for the pros to find you, if they could of course.
Just as Iida was going to head home he heard a voice that he recognized. "Okay I'm going..." at first he thought it was you but then realized how unlikely that was, but he heard it again. "Yes okay I know...I have to stay by your side.." he was almost certain that the voice was you. Iida quickly followed the voice as best he could, his heart begun to pound. "What happens if it is her?" He mumbles while quickly crossing the street.
Soon Iida made his way to an abandoned dark ally-way. Sweat dropped down his head as he saw an annoyed Shigaraki with a hood over his head. But that's not what Iida was worrying about. Next to Shigaraki was a tired, fear filled you. Your arms were covered in cuts and bruises as your clothes were covered in blood.
"Y/N...I found you again please come back to me!"
