"You should have seen Liam, he was like bambi on ice" Heidi laughed, sitting across from me, as she recalled the story of her and Liam going ice skating last night.

"I know, we played ice hockey once and was basically holding onto me the whole time" Shawn chuckled, smirking over at Liam, as he sat their rolling his eyes, mid-way biting into his croissant.

"You're not much better Shawn. You were practically falling all over the place" Liam scoffed, making me grin as I gazed up at the side of Shawn's face.

He had an amused smile on his plump lips as he looked across the table at Liam. As I kept my gaze on him I couldn't help but admire his defined jawline and his pink cheeks.

Feeling so content in his company I then lent the side of my head against his arm, now having finished eating my breakfast.

Shawn didn't hesitate to slip his arm behind my back and around my waist before pulling me closely against his side. Feeling his lips then kiss the top of my head I couldn't help but smile as I then felt his thumb begin to softly sooth up and down my side.

As Shawn continued to submerge himself in light bickering with Liam I glanced over at Heidi to see an evident smile on her lips as she also looked over at me.

"He's a good one" Heidi mouthed to me, sending me a discreet wink.

Smiling undeniably I couldn't even argue with her. She was so right and, to be honest, I don't think I've ever felt this way or so at peace with someone before, not even Joe, and I'm pretty sure Heidi can see it too.

"You're still coming to the new years party right?" Shawn asked, bringing my eyes to his as he reached down to my face and pushing my fallen hairs behind my ear.

"Ofcourse" I returned a warm smile, making Shawn's grin widen, as he then lent down and pressed a generous kiss to my lips, lingering a little as I softly kissed him back.

"What's with the all the pda? You guys are going to make me throw up" Liam joked, lightly scoffing, as I let out a shy laugh, feeling my cheeks blush slightly.

"Shut up Liam" Shawn chuckled, his lips leaving mine as he looked over at Liam.

"Anyway we better be heading up to our rooms. We need to be on the road by nine" Liam then said, wiping his mouth on a napkin before throwing it on his plate and standing up.

Feeling a small frown pull on my lips I could tell Shawn felt the same as he let out a small sigh, neither of us wanting his weekend to end.

Slipping his from around me Shawn then stood up from his chair before turning to face me and holding his hand out for me to take.

Giving him a small smile I tried to hide any sadness I was feeling as I placed my hand in his before standing up.

"Come on" Shawn smiled before leading me away from the table and and towards the elevator, ahead of Heidi and Liam.

"Wanna have a little fun before I go?" Shawn whispered, leaning closely into my ear as I felt his hot breath dance along my skin.

Turning my head to the side I glanced up at him to see his eyes full of lust and intrigue as he slipped his arm securely around my waist.

Feeling my cheeks burn I bit down on my bottom lip as I grabbed ahold of his hand before tugging him into the empty elevator.

Pressing the button for the highest floor the doors soon closed and as soon as they did Shawn's hands were back on me.
