Elle had left my dorm about about twenty thirty minutes ago, not long after Liam had pushed a date on her.

I wanted to walk Elle to class but if I'm being honest I was way too annoyed to and I also wanted to talk to Liam about what the hell just happened.

As I stood at the kitchen sink washing up the plates from lunch I heard the bathroom door open, followed by Liam walking into the room after having just had a shower.

"Why did you ask her out on a date?" I mumbled, my voice blunt as I didn't turn around to look at him.

"I mean why not? Wouldn't you? Just look at her" Liam chuckled, making me instantly roll my eyes as a sigh passed my lips.

"Well now I can't really ask her out on a date can I?" I groaned, frowning my eyebrows as I turned around to face Liam, now holding a towel in my hands.

"Ofcourse you can, she's fair game if you ask me" Liam shrugged, making me lock of my jaw as I clenched my teeth together in frustration.

"You're unbelievable" I sighed, followed by a mocking laugh.

"What?" Liam asked, pulling a confused expression at me as he plunged down onto his bed.

"I had a girl round here and you had the nerve the ask her out on a date while I'm sat right next to her" I exasperated throwing the towel down onto the counter beside me.

"What? I didn't think it was a big deal, I mean you haven't even made a move on her" Liam frowned as if I was stupid for seeing anything wrong with what he did.

"Why would I fucking make a move on girl I've only known less than a week. Unlike you Liam, I'm not going to just slut around with the first girl I find" I scoffed, Liam rolling his eyes in response.

"You told me to start taking things seriously, that's why I asked Eloise out" Liam retorted as I let out another scoff, now clenching my hands onto the counter either side of me.

"You didn't have to choose her though.  I mean fuck me, Liam, for once I find a girl I'm genuinely interested in and you ask her out without even talking to me about it first" I groaned, trying to not get myself so angry and worked up that I'd start shouting.

"You never even told me you liked her. Plus you barely know her so who are you to say if I can ask her out or not?" Liam defended, again making me roll my eyes as I let out a frustrated sigh.

"You should have checked with me first" I murmured before walking over to my bed and grabbing my gym bag out of from under it.

"Come on Shawn, you're being way too dramatic. If this were the other way around I wouldn't be mad at you" Liam mocked, a short scoff leaving his lips, as I gritted my teeth together, swinging my gym bag over my shoulder.

"Well I guess that's the difference between me and you then, I would never do you like that" I mumbled, scowling my eyes at him before walking out of out dorm and slamming the door behind me.

Running across the court I dribbled the ball against the wall before launching it up into the net. After the ball landed swiftly into the net I caught it in my hands before letting out a sigh and going over to the bleachers.
