"So, you're Scarlet MacKenzie, right?" - Lucas asked me the moment Zayn and Cezane left us.

"So?" - pagtataray ko.

"I just want to ask you if it hurt."

"What 'hurt'?"

"When you fell out of heaven?"

"W-what are you talking about?"

"Oh nothing. I'm just trying to start a conversation. You look so serious."

"I'll be serious whenever, wherever I want to."

"Eeeooooo...eeeeooooo...eeeeooooo..."

"What now?!" - I howled when I heard him making that weird noise.

"Oh that's just the sound of the ambulance coming to pick me up because now that you're talking to me, my heart stopped."

"Pft. Hahahahahahahahaha. Are you even aware that your pick up lines are lame?"

"Yeah. And there's plenty more of that where that came from." - he said then winked.

"Hahahahahaha. Yeah. Whatever you say."

Then I started searching for Zayn and Cezane. There's so many people. Where could they be? I hope they're getting along.

"So, he's your boyfriend, right?"

I looked at Lucas when he asked me that.

"Well, yeah. Sort of."

Funny. Before, I hated admitting that Zayn is my boyfriend because well, you know the history. But now, look at me. I'm starting by not just denying it, but also by broadcasting it to everyone. I even agreed to this 'getting out' thing so my cousin and Zayn can be close.

Cezane is like a sister to me. Though she left me before to go to korea, she came back to the Philippines for me. She never missed special occasions.

"Hmmm. Rating you, Scarlet. I'll give you..."

I just waited for him to talk and after scrutinizing me, he said.

"I'll give you 9 out of 10."

"And may I ask why am I not a perfect ten?"

"Well, you'd be a perfect ten if you were with me and not him." - he said then smiled.

"You know what?"

He just raised his eyebrows so I continued.

"You'd been a perfect ten for me if you're not that lame."

"Hahaha. Well I was expecting you'd say that."

A silence surrounded us and I don't want to be bored so I opened up a topic.

"But seriously, I thought you're this type of guy who are rude..."

"Aha?"

"...business minded..."

"I get that a lot."

"...don't know the word "smile"..."

"Uh? O-kay? That's a first."

"And lastly, I thought you're those type of guys who get different girls head over heels for them by being a fake gentleman, pretending to be the prince type and all and being mysterious at some times. " - I said without any hesitation then smiled after.
