Life with Twice

Chapter 43

Y/n's POV:
I stayed behind and made sure my face was covered up because if I was seen crying, then something might start and cause rumors about Twice and I don't want that.

We made it past the fans, finished the whole process of check in, and now we're just waiting to be called so we can board. I sat onAuntie Jeongyeon's lap while I played Rock Paper Scissors with Auntie Tzuyu.

Our plane was called so we could board, and I sat next to Auntie Jihyo on this flight. It was so uncomfortable the whole damn flight, and yes I know...it's still my fault. When we landed, we were in Japan, I don't know what city, but anyways, I grabbed mom's hand because I wanted to stay close to her.

I was in front of her as we walked through, the screams were so loud, it's late, and all I want is sleep, and at this point, I may not get it. We got in the vans that drove us to the hotel, but still I was squirming the whole way there.

"Mom, what are we gonna do now?"

She looked at me "Head to the hotel, and you'll get to do your homework. Fun"

I sighed and looked out the window, I was looking at the things we were passing on the way to the hotel. When we finally made it, we got checked in, me and mom went to our room, and I just got started on my homework. It was pretty easy, so I was able to finish fairly quickly, but the next set of work, I found out I have to take a test.

I put my work away, mom was on her phone so I laid down "Now what?" She moved over to sit on my bed "We wait for dinner"

I sighed and laid my head down on her lap, I guess I fell asleep because I woke up later when the food arrived. Me and mom decided to watch TV while we ate, also to spend some time together.

When we finished eating she turned off the TV, "Okay, let's talk." I nodded and she continued "What happened today?"

My mixed emotions happened "I don't know, I just got annoyed today, and all of sudden it came out. I'm sorry"

She nodded "Okay, well go take a shower. We can watch some more TV after"

I gave her a confused look "This was the talk? I was expecting a scolding, like...that's it?"

She nodded "Yes, you know what you did was wrong. I know Momo gave you a lecture, I just wanted to know why you said and did what you said and did. I don't want to dive into why you were annoyed, that's personal"

I nodded and got into the shower. When I came out, she went to take her shower, but after she got out, we watched some more TV. I laid my head down on her lap again, and we just sat there until it was time for bed.

~next day~

We got and got ready for the day. I grabbed my schoolwork because I have nothing else to do. I'm still grounded and I have no idea for how long. We headed out and met everyone before getting in the vans.

The same old thing happened, we went to the hall, they practiced, I did homework, then we got hungry, we ate, then Twice got ready for the show. They have 4 shows in Japan, so we'll be all over the country, so I'm not looking forward to the constant movement.

I gave them all hugs to wish them luck, and waited in the back. I loved watching it from the backstage screen, and yes it would be cooler if I watched it from the crowd, but this is cool too.

When they finished, we all got ready to leave. I showed mom my work since she wanted to see it. "So you're supposed to have a test after this. Your teacher gave me the answers and your test, so I'll give it to you later tonight or tomorrow morning before we leave"

I sighed "Can't I take the test on the plane?"

She nodded "Sure you can take it on the plane"

Well now I have to admit that nothing really happens for the rest of the day. The next day on the plane I took my test, and mom said I passed it, so yay. I finished the rest of the work for the day, the rest of the day was boring. I watched them go on Vlive, slept a lot, and did literally nothing new....

Let's skip the boring part of this story, which is a repeat of...plane, eat, concert, eat, plane, etc...We enter the US about a week later, also I've been making a gift for Min in each stop we take, I haven't said anything yet because that's gonna be revealed at the end of the tour.

So the first stop in the US is New York, a place I've never been, and wow, it's so crowded here. We made it to the hotel so it was fine, also I'm no longer grounded because I've been good, but I know that will crash when I meet up with my friends.

I've been wanting pizza for a while, but now that we're in New York, I want some of their pizza "Mom, can we get pizza?"

She told me to ask manager unnie, so I did, but manager unnie sent me to manager oppa, so I asked him. He told me to ask mom...so I asked her and explained that manager unnie and oppa sent me back to her, so she told me to ask my aunties. I asked all of them, they said yes, and we finally got pizza.

I know that these concerts are gonna be fun, I texted my friends that I'm in America, and they all got excited. They were gonna see Twice in concert because they were also fans of them, so that's gonna be so fun.

We went shopping, and I was with Mom, Aunties Mina, Nayeon, and Jeongyeon. The others were shopping in some of the other stores in this mall. I got a shirt and hoodie, which I know I will wear often because I'm just that type of girl. I wear hoodies or jackets all the time unless it's very important and I'm not allowed to wear it.

When we got to the hotel, I got some sleep even though it was early, but that's because the time differences are really messing with me and I'm getting thrown off schedule. I can tell that the American part of this tour will be the best part of it all.
