Ok wow some of you are REALLY heated lmaoo.
Kinda feel bad but can't ruin the quality of the story to ease your anger 😌. Anyway thanks for all the comments; can't tell you how much I appreciate that people enjoy my story haha. Please keep commenting your opinions cause I sometimes go through them for minor plot improvements too.

Danny's POV

"DANNY!!" Robin screeched from ten meters away, but still somehow broke my eardrums. He must've spotted me walking up to the house.

I saw him running at full speed towards me and I started running to, meeting in the middle in a tight, bone-crushing hug. "I missed youuu" I almost cried. Well, I did. He nodded vigourously as he burrowed his face to my shoulder, rubbing his snot on my new shirt. But I didn't care, mostly.

"Oh my god you have no idea how lonely I've been these past few years. Derek only allowed messeges from you to pass through me and I haven't met a single soul outside of the past house before this week." he whined. I chuckled, same old Danny.

"I see you haven't changed at all. Actually, you got prettier." He smiled, "It's all that pampering and exercise from playing with the demon twins that inherited their father's stamina."

He seemed to have realised something as he spoke about his kids. His eyes drifted below me, where Sophie was clinging tightly to my jeans. His eyes twinkled brightly, "Is this Sophie?" I nodded proudly, stepping back to give him a better view of the shy kid, "Isn't she just the prettiest thing?" I said in adoration.

He knelt down gently, "She sure is." He tilted his head, "Hey there! I'm your uncle Robin." Sophie looked hesitantly at me, I nodded. That confirmation was enough to reveal her bright toothy smile, she no longer clung onto me and instead ran up to hug Robin in a neck hug. "I got a pretty uncle~"

Robin seemed to swoon, and tears streamed down harder from his eyes. "I want to adopt you too~" he cried while hugging he back. I rolled my eyes, "You look more like her long lost dad than her uncle right now."

"I wouldn't mind adopting such a cutie." he cooed, pinching her cheeks and making Sophie giggle. "I was curse- I mean blessed by two boys but no luck with girls. Curse my husband's strong male genes." I was confident that didn't have anything to do with it but just nodded along.

"Anyway, can you get Ben? I kinda came to talk to him..."

Robin cleaned himself up and hoisted Sophie onto his waist naturally as if they'd done this their whole lives. Wow, I felt left out.

"Actually, they just left." I gaped, "Seriously?" He nodded, "Derek went with him to get ice cream so that he'd stop screaming and rolling around on the grass like an idiot and scare off the neighbours."

I let out a snort, imagining the sight of that, but then I remembered this was Ben we were talking about and stopped. "But you can wait until he comes back!" Robin gasped, "I'll introduce you to my kids! Sophie, they may be your future mate~" he teased. I twitched, "Don't start planning my daughter's marriage to boys I haven't approved of yet."

He pouted, "Ok fine. Honestly they're my children and I love them, but even i wouldn't wish them upon anyone else." he shuddered, as if remembering a traumatic memory.

"I'll still introduce you though...just in case."

Ben's POV

"You feeling better?"

I nodded, happily licking the vanilla ice cream derek bought for me. He sighed, "You're so lucky you're younger." Actually, we only had a 2 year difference, but I wasn't about to complain about being spoiled a little.
