She had made a pact with Jea and then went on her run. When she went to shower, Azi was waking and she kept asking what the hurry was.
"Let's go shopping... oorrr thrifting-"
The moment Zen shut the door, she sighed.
"She hates shopping though..."
The two ate a bit and sped off to the mall.
They went around a lot, often getting distracted. Zen felt her facade fade quite often because deep down she was definitely neither a fan of shopping nor something who went out of their way to look around besides necessities.
Jea popping in was a relief as after a while of small talk she secretly slipped a notebook into her backpack.
"That book's for you too... you might want to read it alone though..."
Zen couldn't help but wonder if that meant there was adult stuff, but Jea wouldn't clarify it. The three were still shopping until Jea left to meet her friend with their clothes while the other two settled for a late evening snack.
"So... how did you suddenly bring up shopping?"
Zen tried not to choke as she replied.
"That... well... I basically don't want to stand out... you already have seen how much I do..."
"You shouldn't be upset... it's not wrong..."
"Yeah... it's always been this way anyway.. it's just wierd because I don't like it...
And I didn't call for it... I was born this way..."
"Hm...."

hat slowly made the two slip into silence.
On the way back, Zen was talking to Gin, unaware of Azi trying to not feel left out especially with a language barrier.
They reached home and unpacked, both trying their outfits Zen put her running clothes away and only tried the one she had specially picked.
