A few months back.

"Why San Jose?", asked Soobin.

"Why not San Jose? They have great clubs." , came Jungkook's quick reply.

Soobin nodded his head and seemed to think about it for a while. Seokjin and Jungkook had been sitting with him for the past few minutes trying to get him to come along with the group.
And for starters, Soobin doesn't give a damn.

"I don't know, hyung. I mean I don't understand why I should tag along."

"It's a vacation, Soo-soo!", cried out Seokjin.

"I really don't know if I should travel now. I don't feel like it."

And Soobin got up and left the room.
Jungkook turned to his hyung and glared, "I thought you convinced him. What happened to 'He always listens to me. I am his favourite hyung.'?"
Seokjin rolled his eyes and stood up.

"It's time to pull the MWMWWH card."

"The what now?"

Jungkook thought his hyung was already delusional, but sometimes it was a whole new level.

Seokjin turned.

"The My Wife Mrs. World Wide Handsome card."

Lee Seul-Rin was one of the few people in the world that could convince anyone to do anything. Soobin included.

Seokjin knew that. That's why he decided to pull that trick in the last minute.

Oh and a little bit of a backstory.

Seokjin met Seul-Rin, lovingly called Rin, at a fan meeting a couple of years back. She told her he was her bias and that she had did a cover of Epiphany on Youtube. She did not expect Jin to ask her to sing the same. But she did.

And lo fell Jin, undeniably in love.

A few months later, he saw her again. This time at another fan meeting. And this time, Mr. WWH decided to go bold and scribbled his personal number in her photobook.

For reasons unknown she hadn't called him.

A few years later he saw her at his newly refurbished apartment. She was the interior designer. And to his surprise, she actually managed to get all his choices right.

"I saved a space for the painting." She told him.
Seokjin looked at her doubtfully. Seul-Rin smiled.
"Oh, my little housewarming gift."
She proceeded to unwrap a large framed canvas, on it was BTS. All the seven of them.

At that moment, Seokjin knew she was the one.

Post disbandment, Seokjin asked her out on a date. And a year later, they were married, with a little dumpling, Kim Ye-Jun.

Ye-Jun was literally the star of Bighit.

TXT was almost invariably his temporary babysitters, and they would technically fight with each other, just to hold him.

And Taehyun always won the fight, with his magical abilities of course.

Kidding, he headlocks Hyukai, stamps on both of Yeonbin's foot and punches Beomgyu. And then he cradles Ye-Jun.

Yes, Kang Taehyun is a dangerous man.

As for Seul-Rin, she was family to all of them. The wife of their eldest hyung. She would cook them gimbap and jajangmyeon. She would advise them to eat properly and get enough sleep.
For TXT, she was like a mother.
And the boys would listen to anything she says.

Anything at all.

"You do realise you are manipulating his lovelife, right?" Seul-Rin eyed her husband skeptically, clearly aware that almost all of Bangtan was in this plan of his.
"What... no!!! Rin, come on. Have you seen that boy?! He is practically dead inside."
Seul-Rin was still not sure, and turned her attention to the pasta in front of her. Seokjin approached her carefully, encircling his arms slowly around her waist. He dipped his head down her neck and started blowing raspberry kisses on her smooth skin. Seul-Rin felt ticklish and turned her around, locking her arms round his neck. Their lips met and a slow kiss started. They pulled back and Seokjin held her face in his hands.
"He is your favorite little brother, too. Everyday he grows worse, he may not show it, but I know."
Seul-Rin downed her head and hugged her husband.
" I miss Junie", she mumbled out.
Seokjin caressed her hair and held her tight.
"I know. Me too."
He pulled back and glided his thumb over her cheek.
"So for that, I need your help."
Seul-Rin smiled and nodded.

"But Noona, I don't wanna go."
"Why not?"
" Its too far..."
"So was Los Angeles theatre. What, Billboards were more important than quality time with your hyungs?" Seul-Rin coaxed.
"Why do I have a weird ass feeling that Seokjin hyung is trying to convince me into this by making me talk with you?"

He had whispered hoping that she hadn't heard.

Oh, but she heard alright.

Seul-Rin slammed the plate on the kitchen counter.

Seokjin may have gotten a little startled by the noise, while sitting in the hall.

Lets not talk about Soobin. The poor boy was shocked to the core.

"CHOI SOOBIN, I'M GONNA TELL YOU ONE LAST TIME! EITHER YOU GO OR YOU CONSIDER GETTING NO MORE GIMBAPS FROM ME!!!"

That had Soobin nodding like a little frantic bunny.

Aaah yes, food. Of course why didn't I think of that, thought Seokjin.

"I love my wife," mumbled Seokjin under his breath.

He took out his phone and messaged Jungkook.

"Operation Yeonbin is a go."
