Seokjin was not a person who usually went shopping. But when he does, all hell breaks lose. He manages to procure some of the most unique and possibly outrageous outfits in the shop, and somehow inevitably looks good in each and everyone of them. Perks of being Worldwide Handsome.
On the current occasion, Seokjin decided to use, let's say in his words, "the singular artform of buying commodities" aka shopping as a very prominent tool in Operation Yeonbin.
Not surprisingly, Soobin wished he could just stay back at the hotel.
The elder had dragged him all round San Jose, buying dresses, accessories and hats. Hats. Fedora. Panama. Beret. Boater.
Soobin was famished. He couldn't wrap his mind around the fact that both of them set out from the hotel, 9 am in the morning, strolled around San Jose, not to mention the fact they almost ran from a considerably big group of fans, all of that for a seemingly diverse array of hats.
He was starving.
Tired.
And irritated by the tantrums of his elder. He definitely needed a coffee.
And that found the two of them staring head-on at the cafe at the opposite side of the street.
Chérir¹.
French.
Well, great.
"Il y avait d'autres cafés sur le chemin²", Soobin mumbled out.
Seokjin snapped his head back at his younger and gave a literal murder glare at him, for the abrupt French.
"I said, there were other cafes on the way. Why drive half way through the city?!!", Soobin was almost shouting in the streets. Seokjin said nothing and just rolled his eyes. He grabbed the younger and strode towards the cafe.
Oh yes. Author's note, this is the same cafe the Yeonjun goes to.
Everyday.
How Seokjin got that information will remain a secret.
He could have yanked out that info from Hueningkai by threatening to burn his hair ties, but for some odd reason, that doesn't seem to work anymore.
So he paid a very private visit to Yeonjun's dance school, and yanked out the details from one of his students. One could say it wasn't easy to make the girl divulge the fact, but its easy when you are Kim Seokjin.
Duh.
All of it at the cost of a signed MOTS:7 album.

Yeonjun had a late session. By the time he finished it was already half past 5. He packed his stuff and hurried out into the hallway, obviously dreaming of his favourite coffee.
He stopped.
There was a little girl sitting at the end of the hallway, in the waiting area. She was wearing ballet shoes and was probably about 7 years old.
It's very late. Why is she still here?
Yeonjun definitely wanted to leave, but seeing her alone made him think otherwise.
He scooted close to the girl and waved in front of her face.
She looked up curiously and quickly pulled her eyes away.
Aah, yes. I am a stranger. Oh well, let's make conversation.
"Hi, are you alone here? Are you waiting for someone?"
No reply.
Well this was going to be a bit hard.
"I can keep you company, if you are waiting for someone to pick you up."
