"I want pizza."

Soobin groaned out as he stepped out into the airport, pushing his luggage with tired steps.

Jinyoung whipped his head towards the younger, who gave him a weird look back. Slowly the look turned into puppy eyes as their steps progressed and Jinyoung found himself, Soobin and Jisoo, at Mozza thirty minutes later.

Jisoo was swiping through her phone too much. Jinyoung noticed this and snatched away the device earning a glare from the female.

"You've been buried inside this for the entire flight. Just eat your pizza."

Jisoo grumbled and grabbed a whole ass slice of pizza in front of her and shoved it in her mouth.
Jinyoung smiled in content as he drank the cappuccino.
Soobin smiled too, glad to be in company of two of his lovable seniors. Jisoo had been casted as the main female lead, opposite Jinyoung for the movie.
Just like they were in real life.
Let's just say that's story is for another time.

Soobin smiled a little more as he remembered something that happened about two days back.

Before the day of the flight, Seokjin had called Jinyoung, ensuring Soobin that it was just to ask about the flight details and shooting locations.
But Soobin had somehow heard their FaceTime.

"Listen, flat-ass, wherever you're gonna go you better take care of my kid. Or else I will personally go rapper Jin on you."
"Yeah yeah... I will take care of him... Wait? DID YA JUST CALL ME FLAT ASS?!!"
Jin stiffled a laugh as Jinyoung turned sideways, literally pushed up his ass in the air.
"YOU CALL THIS FLAT ASS?!! SHOW ME YOURS IF YOU DARE!!"
Soobin had not expected for Kim Seokjin to imitate the process and stick his ass out as well.
"Ya Soobinnie!!" Jinyoung called out.
Soobin gave a careful look at the screen.
Oh boy.

"Compare the asses."
Jin had enough.
"Oh my god. You did not ask my kid to compare asses."
"Uh..."
"Just note the curve, Soobinnie."
Soobin wholeheartedly expected Seokjin to save him from this misery but the next thing that Seokjin spoke made him wanted to jump off the top of the Bighit building.

"And also the angle between the small of the back and the beginning of the curve."

Soobin almost choked back into present as Jisoo gave him a worried look.
"You ok, Soo?"
He nodded and tried his best not to divulge the fact that he had watched her boyfriend compare asses with his hyung.
Nope.
Nuh uh.
Too much.

But Soobin knew both the "Jins" were really good friends. And this was actually normal for the two of them.

He decided not to think about the less normal stuff.

•••••••••••

"Where do you see yourselves in 20 years?

The sudden question that was thrown at Tomorrow by Together, had caught them off guard.

Where do they see themselves in 20 years.
20 years is a long time, thought Soobin.

The thought seemed to have crossed across everyone's minds, as Taehyun answered.

"20 years is a very long time."

"I think I would get married" Yeonjun spoke out from nowhere.
Soobin whipped his head towards the other, who gave him a subtle glance and continued.

"I think we all would get married. Have kids. And if possible make more music. It's not like all of us are bound to do that, but the last part we all would. The music. We will try our best not to let it go. And hopefully we would all find someone who understands how much we need the music to sustain. Someone who cares for us, not because they love our music but because they know how much it means to us."

Hueningkai spoke.
"We five are bound by that aspect. It's not just because we lived together in a dorm all these years. The music in us compliments each other and is something that binds us together in a way nothing else could."

Taehyun let out a slow breath.
"Back in our trainee days we had written a lot of songs. None of it had made it to our albums. Those songs are special. Because they are real. Raw emotions of a teenager who is trainee at a company. The struggles we have had to go through. Everything is reflected there."
"But we don't write songs like that anymore. If we could compare the songs we have written in those days with the ones we wrote now, there is a clear difference. There the sound is more loud, it's almost a cry out of confusion and in need of support. But now the sound is more reserved."

He gave a pause as he continued.
"In the end we realise whatever growth we have had as artists and as humans, is reflected in our songs. But whatever the song is, it keeps us together. All the five of us."

"After 20 years, the growth we would have for all those years would be evident in our songs. It would be very different from what we do now. Maybe we won't be TXT anymore. But we know that wherever we are, whatever we do, even after 20 years, we would be together. Through our music. No matter what."

Beomgyu let his pen fall, out of the feeling of abandonment because of that old memory.
He stared at the lyrics he wrote.
A song for the fans.
If there were any.
But there were. Even after the whole controversy and even after all these years.
Their big source of support.
Their MOAs.
Only few.
But enough.

Taehyun was right.
They remain connected.
All the five of them and their fans.
Though a lot may not be able to admit it.

He grabbed his pen as he titled the lyrics.

5.53.

I stare at the maze in the mirror
Confident it would not swallow me whole
Because at 5.53
The shadow will fall
And we will dance in the light
