Soobin dashed into his room and slammed the door. He slowly walked towards the mirror beside his closet and looked at himself, up and down.

The staff's words were still ringing in his ears.

"You are a part of the new boy group. Your other team members would be Choi Yeonjun, Choi Beomgyu, Kang Taehyun and Hueningkai. Congratulations, Soobin-sii."

The voice was making his head spin.
Soobin smiled slowly, his emotions taking the best of him.
And he cried.
He recollects being congratulated by the staff. The trainees. Kim Seokjin.

His senior was waiting for the quintet by their practice room, along with Jungkook.

"The company told me not to let out details of you guys. And for once, I may have to listen to PD-nim. We will be rooting for you guys. Fighting!!!"

Soobin's heart was about to burst out from his chest when his idol gave him a shoulder hug. Thank god, he survived.

Everything was coming down to this.
They were going to debut.
By the start of 2019.

"I really don't think I can be the leader, PD-nim. We have a better candidate." Yeonjun commented, trying his best to sound firm enough for the staff to change their mindson making him the leader. He was with Beomgyu and had asked for an emergency meeting with the managers.

Of course he was the oldest and he would be the best pick, but Yeonjun wasn't so sure about accepting the position.

"Soobin woukd make a great leader", He blurted out.

The staff glanced among each other, and one of them asked.

"He is technically an introvert, Yeonjun-sii. There's a lot that goes into making a leader. Social skills. Presence. People have to notice him."

"The dude is 185 cm. He would be noticed alright." Beomgyu mumbled beside Yeonjun.
Yeonjun swallowed down a snicker.

"What was that, Beomgyu-sii?"
Beomgyu stood up clearly not affected by the staff's taunting question.

"Think about this. Yeonjun hyung is the oldest and yes, he has all the qualities of the leader."
Beomgyu paused and glanced down at Yeonjun, who gave him a slight nod.

"But there lies the problem, he is the oldest. If on the way, things don't go smoothly as we plan, he would comfort us but who would comfort him?
Besides, you can't just label Soobin hyung as an introvert right from the start. He has good communication skills and above all he has the heart. He would make a great leader."
Beomgyu finished his little speech and fell back down the chair, Yeonjun giving him a look of pride.

"Did you guys talk about this beforehand?"

"Yes", answered Yeonjun,"well at least the four of us. Soobin doesn't know yet."

The staff nodded and told them they would think about it.

Yeonjun asked the other, while they were in the cafeteria drinking bubble tea.
"Did you cook up that speech on the spot?"

Beomgyu didn't say anything. He merely took out his phone and shoved it in the other's face.
The whole dialogue was typed in the note. Along with punctuation marks.

Yeonjun laughed out. Typical Beomgyu.

"Your crush would be really really happy", nagged Beomgyu.

"I don't have a crush on Soobin, you idiot. You know he is good enough for the position." answered Yeonjun.

"I never said anything about Soobin."

Yeonjun looked like a deer caught in headlights. He eyes skimmed over to the younger, who was grinning slyly while drinking his beverage.
He threw the crumpled napkin at the other, and held his head in his hands.

"Oh come on. You practically eye-fuck him everytime. I am actually surprised you haven't told him yet."

Beomgyu was that one person who could look right through a person's mind and yank out the most personal details, by any means possible.
But that wasn't what Yeonjun was afraid of.
If Beomgyu knows, Hueningkai knows.
That kid was basically wildfire.

He pleadingly gazed at Beomgyu, as if praying to him not to out him.

"Don't worry, hyung. Your secret's safe with me." Beomgyu winked at him.

You can't blame Yeonjun.
He was head over heels in love with the giant bunny.
He was in love with his smile.
He was in love with the way he gets startled over small things.
He was in love with the way the younger noms up his food.

But Yeonjun was holding back. Their whole career just started and he can't risk all that. When he starts to think about how hard they had worked to reach the current position, he unwillingly lets go of his feelings.

But he couldn't contain his feelings for so long.
He was human after all.

He could think about all that later. Or at least on the way. Right now all that mattered was the fact that they were going to debut.

Tomorrow by Together. Bighit's second boyband after BTS. After a long 6 years.

Its gonna be a fun ride after all.
