I hopped into the pool and swam around for a bit. Then I floated in the surface, hoping to get a bit of a tan. “Knock Knock! Anyone home?” said Josh jokingly as he came through the gate wearing the new shirt I got him. “Hey Josh. I’m back here. Come in!” I said as I grabbed a floaty and sat in it. He walked in and set his stuff on the lounger beside mine. “What? No kiss hello?” he said as he peeled his shirt of. “You want one, you have to catch me.” I said as I swam under the water fall. “Ok!” he said as he winked and dove in. He swam under water towards me and he grabbed my waist and pulled me close to him. He hugged me than gave me a peck on the cheek. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. “That’s my phone. I better go answer it.” He said as he grabbed my hand and led me over to the edge of the pool. He climbed out and ran to grab his blackberry and I pulled myself out and sat on the edge. He looked at the caller id. “It’s Chelsea.” He said as he came and sat beside me. “It doesn’t matter. Answer it.” I said. He hit the speaker button. “Hello.” He said into the phone. “Hi Josh. I have to tell you something.” said Chelsea trying to act appealing. “Ok, and what is that?” he asked. “Did you actually waste your money on the bracelet for Heather? I mean she have a ca-jillion dollars, I’m sure she could afford one herself. Why would you waste your own money on something for someone who doesn’t even truly love you?” she said. My eyes started to water. I mouthed to Josh ‘that’s not true. I love you.’ “Chelsea. First of all, I didn’t waste my money on her. It was her birthday present and she deserved it. Second of all, she does truly love me. I don’t know what you’re talking about.” He said as he held my hand for reassurance. “I’m just saying that maybe someone that’s more right for you, maybe someone like me, would tell you the truth about everything and show you how much I love you. I mean instead of buying you gifts all the time.” She said snickering. “Chelsea! Heather is the only girl for me! And she will always be! Good-bye!” he yelled into the phone and then hung up. “Look, Heather, I’m so sorry. I know you love me and just forget everything she ever said.” He said as he hugged me. I pulled away and stood up. “Let’s just forget everything that happened with Chelsea today, and we can go upstairs to my room and just watch movies and stuff.” I said as I turned off the speakers and grabbed all my stuff. “That sounds good. Here let me help you.” He said grabbing my laptop and cellphone. We headed inside and Chico came to greet us. “Hi Chico! How are you?” he said as he pet his head. We headed up to my room and put all our stuff on my desk. I looked through my chest of movies to find a good one to watch. “We can watch the hangover, wedding crashers, or just go with it. Your choice.” I said as I pulled all 3 movies out. “Just go with it please. I’m sure that will make us laugh.” He said as he got comfy on my bed. I put the movie into the DVD player and hit play. I went to my mini fridge and grabbed some drinks and a bag of chips and settled in beside him. ‘This is relaxing.’ I thought.
