After being pelted with balls for an hour, gym class was finally over. I quickly put my outfit on, sprayed myself with Justin Bieber’s brand new perfume; someday. Then me and Lauren walked to the lunch room and met up with Adam, Sarah, and Matt. I quickly snuck off and met up with Josh who was, as planned, waiting by his car. “Hey, so where are we headed off to for lunch?” he asked as he took my hand in his and we started to walk downtown. “Yo, Josh! Are you coming to my house tonight for a swim?” yelled one of his lacrosse buddies from across the street. “No sorry bud. I’m having someone over at my house.” He said as he turned and kissed me. At that point, all I could do is smile. Josh is absolutely the nicest guy I could ever imagine meeting. We met in grade 6. He was my locker neighbour. And we were partners on a science project. For grade 7, we were best friends. And then in grade 8 we started dating. Were in grade 11 now, and were still dating. Josh was my first REAL boyfriend and I am the luckiest girl alive.  When we arrived at the café, I ordered a cappuccino, and a lemon square. Josh ordered a large double-double. We found a table by the window and sat down. We saw people from our school walk by every minute, and it was mostly people we knew. And then I saw her. She gave me another one of her dirty look but what can I expect? It’s Chelsea.  Chelsea. The meanest, most stuck-up girl in our entire school. And worst part was that she hated me and I hated her even more. It was all since the last 2 months of grade 8. Chelsea and I were friends. Really good friends actually. We told each other our secrets, who we liked, and when we needed advice, we went to each other. At the time, Josh and I were best friends. And I sort of liked him as well. She was the only one that knew this. But the worst part was that she was dating Josh. One day, she came to me and she was crying and I asked why. She said that Josh had broken up with her and she was really upset. Just as I was talking to her, Josh texted me and said Chelsea is taking things way too fast for me so I broke-up with her, and I don’t want to go to grad alone so will YOU go with me? She saw the text. And that, right there, was the end of our friendship. But since then, she has been hell-bent on getting revenge on me. But you know what, I have Josh, amazing friends, and I’m rich. What more could I ask for?
