"You're getting disowned," Elaria's natterings barely fazed the lemur.
After Elaria had to scream at the top of her lungs for Momo to relent and free her, she leaped from the tree- blinded and clumsy, collapsing on Appa with zero grace that most airbenders had.
Aang knew it. He knew it and used it against her.
Heights.
That idiotic goofy spineless jerk!
He couldn't even stop her if he wanted and instead resorted to dirty underhanded tricks!
Elaria wanted to curse out his name for his means but first, she'd have to save his ungrateful bald head so that she could kill him herself.
Appa rammed the beast's side just as it tried to flick its tongue at Aang. She gaped at the sight of the Shirshu, they were wild creatures that could never lose your scent once they had it. They could follow you to the ends of the world. With a tongue that could paralyze. The chances of stumbling upon one, even worse on the opposing side. Are slim.
She cursed at their poor luck. But she had to hand it to Zuko. He's proving to be as clever as Azula. "You know I've had a long day and I'd rather not deal with a persistent pest," Elaria told the Shirshu's rider.
"Don't tell me this romance is actually a love triangle," June responded.
Elaria snorted, she had no idea. Her eyes flickered over to Aang and Zuko as they fought all over the abbey. Their movements are graceful and flawless, a competitive dance that could end badly. She searched the abbey for Katara. Catching sight of her and Sokka being moved by the nuns.
"Our family wouldn't approve of you," Elaria criticized June. The woman sneered at her.
"So you're the runaway girl, at your age, I already made a name for myself," June told her. Unimpressed with the sight of a young frail girl.
"I don't need to do that," Elaria responded, Appa and the Shirshu had taken to circling one another. Both had lost their patience in waiting for the other to strike first and charged. June readied her whip to strike the girl, Nyla, the Shirshu about to use her tongue. Elaria and Appa readied themselves and airbended, throwing both creature and rider back. She barely grimaced as June collided against the ground roughly.
"Father?!" Elaria yelled in shock as she spotted Iroh run to the rider's side. He laid a hand on June's cheek. Sending shivers at the sight down Elaria's spine. He was brushed off by June. Who glowered at Elaria and readied herself for another attack.
She whipped Nyla, "Come on! Get up!"
Elaria swallowed her bitterness. Her eyes had taken a more vengeful glint. Her mistake to think anything with her dad had gotten better.
She charged Nyla and June. The group descending into a spiteful dance of their own. The Shirshu's tongue whipped in every direction, targeting anything in distance. June used her whip specifically going for Elaria. The girl was on the defensive, airbending weaker quick gusts of wind to block the whip from hurting her.
The scales were tipped when Nyla managed to paralyze Appa. Elaria gasped as she was thrown onto the ground. Appa falling to his side. Elaria held back her grimace. "Come on Appa," She muttered, "We're not done yet,"
Appa groaned. Opening his eyes blearily, they both clumsily stood. Appa growled at June and Nyla. While Elaria sent a quick glare to her father. Before shifting her eyes to her opponents.
The two animals rammed each other once more. June being thrown off of Nyla's back. Elaria shifted into position and bent a current that forced June higher as the woman went airborne. She toyed with June keeping her in the air as Appa fought Nyla.
