ON WITH THE STORY! - Jokes_onmi

It rained flaming fireballs, stacks of smoke hailed from all the naval ships in their vicinity. If she could Elaria would sweatdrop; There were many terrifying moments contesting for first place in Elaria's life. All of them happening recently...

Yet the increased speeds, the terror of being swept away, and the thousands of flaming stinking balls that threatened to take them down from the sky gave her a new perspective on what it was like being Azula's dolls when she practiced her firebending. Spheres of flames targeting the dolls and setting them in blazes when the two girls would 'train' in the Palace.

The burning scent of fabric and stench that permeated the air was bad enough to get a scolding from Auntie Ursa. If these spheres struck them down, she swore she'd come back to life and seek vengeance on Zuko with his mother.

"Incoming!" She screeched as another fireball soared over them, her eyes shut tightly.

Gasping for air Elaria prayed that her friends wouldn't suffer that fate. Her screams are drowned out as fireballs exploded midair around them. The sound was reminiscent of that giants' steps. Huge blasts ringing in her ears and shaking her form.

Appa evades numerous fireballs, some exploding mid-air. They fly through a blanket of fireballs. The group yelled unanimously as Appa went through a cloud of smoke from a fireball that exploded directly in front of them. Appa's fur darkened from the explosion. The team all patted out the embers from the flying bisons' fur.

"Appa, are you okay?" Aang questioned his familiar. Appa let out a roar before soaring higher into the clouds.

Elaria glimpsed at a fireball strike Zuko's ship before the clouds covered her view. She winced, what is her cousin thinking to risk so much?

Above the clouds, fireballs burst through everywhere. It's even more terrifying when she didn't see the fireballs from where they appeared. The team let out harrowing screams. Appa dodges many fireballs before two collide and explode in front of him. Sokka is thrown from the saddle and begins to plunge for the ocean, screaming anew. "Sokka!" The remaining trio yelled desperately.

Aang began a rapid descent to catch Sokka; Appa set a chase. Elaria and Katara gripped one another tightly letting shrill screams fill the space around them. Appa nearly collided into the frigid waters in the blink of an eye. Racing to catch the form of their friend. They were propelling against gravity but at the speeds they descended in Katara reached an arm out, and with Elaria keeping them tethered to the saddle she managed to yank her brother onto the saddle once more. She ducked as a fish nearly decapitated her before it flew towards Sokka. Smacking him in the face.

Oh, that's got to hurt.

Elaria silently agreed to not throw any more acorns at Sokka, the universe has given him plenty of karma by this point. Momo leaped up and enthusiastically grabbed the fish as Appa's feet teetered against the skin of the ocean. Fireballs continued to rain all around them, several casting heavy shadows over there heads before Appa evaded them.

Elaria felt cold droplets on her dress as water splashed whenever the fireballs dived into them. They were nearing the blockade; Elaria's growled in frustration as the sight of Zhao, of course, he's part of the blockade. When he wouldn't drive for the cruelest of war strategies; that she would push her uncle to shoot down.  Zhao is in charge of his own troops to bring conquest for the Fire Nation on her behalf.
