The first time I met him was on screen as The Black Panther and he instantly became a revolutionary figure in the universe I cherished deeply growing up. I didn't expect to find only a shadow in place of the King of Wakanda when news reached my ears. Shock took me first. Now all I feel is a peircing sadness.
Rest In Power- to the King of Wakanda, you can never be replaced, never forgotten and I hope that your stepping off point allows you to find wings and become the symbol of hope and love for everyone beyond the screen.
Thank You for giving us these years of your life, and for making us want to be more- the Heroes of Our Own Story.

2020 Has taken more than we could have ever expected, it has taken the normalcy of our lives, it has tested us, destroyed us, given us loss, fear, and demonstrated how quickly the world can change.
Chadwick Boseman has joined the many numbers of those who have left us, and more we fear to lose.
Even his last words to us left a legacy, what he won't be able to do but every citizen of age can. Every underage can support.
