Aurora
Harry had never came back after that day. After finding out that I had touched his phone he seemed pretty upset. It was not at all that serious. I suppose it was to him. I have nothing to hide in my phone so I didn't make a big deal about it being touch, unless it was my mother touching it. Harry on the other hand, obviously had something to hide which is why he was upset that I touched his phone. Of course I didn't tell him that I saw the messages. That would not have turned out well. I was meeting up with Harry at a restaurant today. My mothers orders. It was the 24th of March. I don't know what our day consisted of but I didn't want it to be ruined or boring. It is my birthday after all.
Today is the day I turn twenty two. I wasn't feeling any different from when I was twenty one. It just made me realize that I need to move out of my parents house and get my own place, but then again I'm already going broke because of University. I won't be able to move out of my parents house until after I graduate law school. Which wasn't until three more years. I'll be twenty five by then. I should be financially stable by then, hopefully I will be able to afford my own place.
I looked at my reflection in the mirror with a smile. I ran my hand down the little black dress I was wearing. The same one I wore on Valentine's Day. The same on Harry keeps denying he picked out and placed on the cart when we first went shopping together. I hope today goes well. As much as I didn't want to admit it, I was very enraptured to be spending my birthday with Harry. He was my Fiancee after all. Even if this is just an arranged marriage, eventually I am going to have to get over that fact and accept Harry as my partner. Hopefully he doesn't pull a Valentine's Day stunt. I prayed he didn't. I told him I would meet him at our destination just incase he did have other plans. I didn't want to make a fool out of myself again.
Odyssey picked me up from the house at four thirty. She dropped me off in front of the restaurant where I told Harry I would meet him. I bid her a goodnight before she drove off. The time was now four fifty five. Our reservation was for six o'clock. Harry was no where to be seen outside. I was afraid he had stood me up again. I decided to wait for him inside the restaurant. To my surprise, Harry was already at our table. I made my way over as a rush of relief left my body.
"You look beautiful."
I smiled and thanked him as I took my seat across from him. We ordered our food, eating in comfort as we made small talk. "Am I able to see the wedding dress?"
My mother would've killed me if I showed Harry my wedding dress. She believed in the whole bad luck of it all if the bride and groom see each other before the ceremony, but seeing as she didn't pay for the dress, I could do as I pleased. "Sure. I'll send you a picture of it when I get home."

After leaving the restaurant, Harry had dropped me off at home. I got out of his car making my way to the house. Harry hadn't mentioned anything about my birthday today. I wondered if it was because he didn't know or because he didn't care. I'm sure he knew. My mother must have told him. Either way I was disappointed. No one besides Odyssey had acknowledged my birthday today. Not even my parents. I ignored the throbbing feeling in my chest. I went inside the house immediately going upstairs. Once I got into my room I went out on my balcony to look at the stars. As always, they were absolutely beautiful. There was one star out tonight that was outshining the rest. I stared at it for a while, getting lost in its shine. The sound of the door sliding brought me away from my thoughts. I turned around to see Harry coming out of my room and onto the balcony.
"What are you doing here?" He walked over to me handing me a gift bag.
"What is this?" I asked him. He gestured for me to open it. The first item I pulled out from the bag was a black jewelry box. I opened the box, revealing a diamond zodiac necklace inside. It was beautiful. Especially as it shined under the stars. "It's beautiful Harry. Thank you." He urged me to continued. I put the necklace back in the bag, taking out the next item. It was a manilla envelope. I opened the envelope taking out the paper that was inside. It was a certificate. A certificate?
"This certificate proves that the star named Aurora with coordinates RA:14h16m30.2s DEC: +25°15'31.5'' was registered in the database of Star Registry." In the bottom was the registry date, March 24, the constellation, Aries and the registration number.
Did Harry really name a star after me? I looked up at Harry who was already smiling at me.
"Did you buy me a star?" He nodded his head.
"Stars seem to be the one and only thing that make you glow with joy when you talk about them, I thought this gift would be perfect for you." It absolutely was. I looked up at the sky with tears of happiness in hopes to find my star.
"It's the brightest one out tonight." Harry said. I looked at the brightest star. It was the same star I was looking at before Harry had came. This was the best birthday gift I have ever received in all my life.
"Thank you Harry. I love it."
"Happy Birthday Aurora." It was the first time I have ever heard Harry say my name. It sounded different from when he said it while drunk. I liked the way he said my name. It was music to my ears. The way he sounded saying my name picked up the pace of my heart. My heart beat rapidly against my chest as I carefully watched Harry. He leaned in to give me a kiss. He placed his lips against mine, parting from me shortly after.
"Goodnight."
