Days passed like a flash of light when one's at bliss. I didn't even notice that May already reached its end. I cherish everytime I had with Zaffron. We survive everyday with normal things a couple do but for me, everything was memorable. I just love being with him. I love how he made me feel that only Zaffron can give me.

I woke up alone on my spacious bed. Agad akong napabangon nang makitang wala si Zaffron sa tabi. Natutop ang aking labi. Aligagang tinanggal ko ang puting tela na tanging bumabalot sa akin at nakita ang pink oversize shirt ko na gamit ni Zaffron kagabi. Nagmamadali ko 'yong sinuot para hanapin si Zaffron.

He's always beside me when I woke up. It became his routine to always wait for me to wake up before he gets up kaya nagtataka akong wala siya ngayon. Not when he made me so special last night. Like he was cherishing each moment with me as we made love. Like he was saying he'll miss me so he's showing me how tender his love is. There was longing on his touched that made me nervous last night.

When I opened the door, A loud noise from a party pooper rang to ears followed by greetings.

"Happy Birthday!"

I watched the confetti travel down. My unit were designed with pastel colors and unicorns all over it. Then I saw my team wearing a party hat. But what shocked me was the woman who stepped forward with a cake decorated with rainbows on her hand.

I saw her brows rise as her eyes went down my body down to what I'm wearing. I looked around and blushed crimson as I realized what their thoughts inside their head might be! I'm almost naked and just wearing a shirt that's reaching my mid tigh!

But never the less, Michelle sang the familiar birthday song. Angel and the others started sing to. Michelle move forward, the candle on the cake is now lighted. I almost tear up at the sight of her!

"Make your wish, baby girl," she said and that made me cry.

Ang tagal ko nang hindi naririnig ang boses niya kaya pagkarinig ko pa lang noon ay napaluha na ako.

A strong arm suddenly caged me from behind. "Make a wish and blow the candle already, baby."

His voice instantly confirmed who's behind me.

I wiped my tears and make a wish.

I wish... umayos na ang lahat para sa aming dalawa...

I blew the candle the crowd started to cheer and went to the dinning room. Someone get the cake from Michelle and she instantly hugged us, making me like a burger in the middle of two bun.

"I miss you two!" Michelle hugged us tighter that made me laugh.

"Teka, naiipit ako!"

Pinakawalan kami ni Michelle pero kinurot niya ako sa tagiliran. Napatili tuloy ako ng kaunti. Nagtagpo ang aming mga mata at ngayon ko lang napansin na medyo namumula ito. Hindi ko malaman kung dahil ba ngayon lang kami nagkita ulit at pinipigilan niyang umiyak, o umiyak na siya kanina bago ko pa siya makita.

"Ikaw, kung lalabas ka, mag-ayos ka naman ng damit. Halatang nag-sex kayo kagabi!"

I blushed at Michelle's bold words. While I heard and feel the vibration of Zaffron's chuckled.

I pouted. "Hindi ko naman kasi alam na nadito kayo..."

I shifted to my position and looked up to him. I froze when I saw his eyes bloodshot. There were bags under his eyes and...

"Ano 'to?" I asked and pointed on his cheek when I saw a red mark on it. Parang kamay pa nga ata. May sumampal ba sa kaniya?

"May tanginang lamok kasi, sinampal ko baka matauhan," Michelle said, sarcasm dripping on her tone. I saw her throw a dagger look to Zaffron. Kaso nang makitang pinapanood ko siya at naguguluhan ay agad na siyang nagbigay ng hilaw na ngiti.
