The usual wedding song began to play after I sat down on one of the wooden chairs next to Mandy. I looked behind me to see Svetlana walking down the aisle with a bouquet in her hands and a grin on her face.
Svetlana reached Mickey and took his hand which caused me to stand up and make a beeline for the bar. Once there, I grabbed the first bottle of alcohol I could find along with a red cup before pouring myself a drink.

I couldn't remember how I'd lost the cup, now drinking straight from the bottle I'd picked up a while ago. Music blasted from the stereo as coloured lights flashed around the now dark room.
The ceremony was over a long time ago. Meaning Mickey was married. To a whore.
I suddenly saw my two older brothers walk in, Lip heading for Mandy while my twin spotted me. I scoffed when he came over to me, "He did it," I stated, not thinking about the words leaving my mouth, "He got married."
Ian placed his hand on my shoulder, "Hey, why did you come here?" he wondered. I huffed, "You try sitting on your ass while the person you love-" I slurred, shaking my head.
"No, I'm sorry," I began raising my voice, "I mean the guy you've been fucking gets married to some random commie skank!" Ian wrapped his arms around me, trying to calm me down.
"Fucking commie!" I yelled as my brother started to drag me towards the door.

We had almost made it all the way home, Ian supporting my weight as he practically pulled me along the sidewalk. Then I began to feel the unpleasant familiar feeling of sick rising in my throat.
"I don't think I'm gonna make it," I mumbled, slowing my fumbling pace. "We're so close, Aly," Ian objected, trying to tug me along.
I shook my head in complaint, "Just gonna lay down for a bit," I sighed, leaning away from him.
"Alyssa stop," Ian grunted as I struggled to get out of his grasp, "We're here..." he finished with a groan as I wrenched myself away from him and onto the grass beside the path.
"I'm gonna puke," I gagged, laying down on the cold grass. I glanced up at Ian who was looking off into the distance, his forehead creasing as he stared at something.
I frowned when he darted off down the path in the direction of the house. I scoffed, pushing up on my elbows, "Fine, just leave me here," I muttered.
I clamped my hand over my mouth, attempting to prevent myself from throwing up as I got to my feet and stand steadily.
I managed to reach the house without being sick, finding Ian, Lip and Carl standing outside. I squeezed in beside Lip so I could use him as a support to stay upright, he gave me a look as he wrapped his arm around me.
