Ian blew out a puff of smoke as we sat together on his bed. Lip slipped in through the door. "Liam is officially asleep," he sighed, slumping on the bed next to us.
"Record timing," I commented, taking the joint from Ian and taking a long drag, then I tilted my head back and blew out a stream of smoke. "Well, three pages from Deb's 'Eat Pray Love' and he is out."
"If James Franco wasn't in the movie, I would've nodded off too," Ian smiled. I nodded as Lip plucked the joint from my fingers, "Oh, same!"
"Hey, you got any cash you can float me?" Lip asked blowing out a puff of smoke, "Florence and the Machine are playing down at the Chicago theatre, I wanna take Karen for her birthday," He explains.
I raised an eyebrow scoffing, "Pricey much." Lip tilted his head at me as Ian nudged him, "Yeah, things getting serious?" he teased.
"Fuck off. She's my best friend, okay? You know I never spend that much cash on a girl anyway," Lip said making me laugh. "Yeah and girl definitely isn't the word I'd use for Karen."
Ian sniggered and elbowed my side, "All right. Well, I got a Hamilton, it's yours," Ian handed Lip the cash, then Lip looked at me pouting. I chuckled and gave him a bill.
"Thanks, dudes!" We laughed together before crying could be heard from down the hall, Liam was up again.
"Just did it," Lip stated, Ian and I sighed and faced each other, preparing for our round of rock, paper, scissors. "One, two, three." Ian did rock and I silently cursed myself for choosing scissors.
"Have fun," Ian called as I dragged myself out the door, towards the crying baby.

I walked from the kitchen with a glass of orange juice through to the living room, sitting next to Fiona who had Liam on her lap. "Hey, what do you think of Steve?" Fiona asked. I raised my eyebrows, thinking about Steve.
"Eh...pretty boy. Not really my type, cute ass though," I shrugged making Fiona chuckle softly, "What's up...you gonna run?" I wondered, making a silly face a Liam.
"No, just...I just wanna know if I should trust him," she frowned sighing. I nodded and pulled my knees to my chest, placing my chin on my knee. "What about you? You been seeing anyone?" she asked. It's been a while since Fiona and I had some sisterly time.
I thought of Mickey instantly, hesitantly opening my mouth to answer, "I-kinda... I guess. I mean, it's nothing serious, he's not the relationship type," I sighed, hugging my knees.
Fiona nodded slowly, "Just be careful okay? You're too young to get your heart broken." I smiled, "I'll be okay, Fi," I reassured. Fiona cocked her head, "You're 15, maybe it's time to get you on the pill... just in case."
