Being a Gallgher isn't easy, especially not for Ian's twin Alyssa Gallagher who lives on the southside with her many sibling and alcoholic father who drops in and out whenever he pleases.
Then there's the emotionless asshole who Alyssa just can't s...

We sat in the hallway of the place where we'd find out if we were getting our house or not. "Last night of mom's ovulation cycle. Thank god!" Veronica stated, reminding us of how V's mom is acting as a surrogate for her and Kevin.
"She just needs to screw Kev and not enjoy it," Veronica scoffed, "That's not unreasonable." Fiona agreed, distractedly, "It's what every daughter wants from her mother," she mumbled.
Fiona then whipped her head to look at Jimmy, "What time is it?" she asked as I bounced Liam on my knee when he started to fuss. "Three-fifteen and still no Patrick," Jimmy sighed.
"We don't want him to come, do we?" Debbie wondered, leaning forward on her chair to scan everyone's faces. "It's kinda a toss-up," Lip shrugged. "If he does show, the judge gives our house away," Ian stated.
He continued, "If he doesn't, he's probably dead so we get to keep the house," Ian nodded. A breathy scoff left my throat, "Yeah, until we all go to prison," I tilted my head at Carl.
A man walked out of an office and looked at us, "The estate of Ginger Gallagher." I wrapped my arms around Liam and stood up with everyone, "Here we go."
Carl suddenly gasped, "Guys!" I followed his gaze to see cousin Patrick stumbling around the corner, coughing and wheezing. My shoulders fell as he walked past, glaring deeply at each of us before walking into the office.

That night, we were all quiet and kept to ourselves. I decided to plop down on the couch beside Carl and watch the stupid horror movie that was playing.
There was a knock at the front door and Carl lifted his head from where it lay on my lap before standing up to see who was outside. He opened the door and I heard a faint, "Is Fiona home?"
Carl walked back through yelling, "Fiona!" I watched Tony and another cop walk into the room, "Tony?" I questioned. He sighed, "Hey, Alyssa..."
I heard footsteps jogging down the stairs, "What's going on?" Fiona asked as she made her way down. "Got Patrick Gallagher outside with an eviction notice," Tony told her making my jaw drop.
"You're throwing us out?" Fiona gawked, "It's supposed to take a couple weeks!" Tony handed her the notice, "Normally," he nodded, "This guy seems like an asshole, I'm trying to chill him out but he made accusations."
Tony tilted his head, "Said you tried to kill him." I butt in, "That's ridiculous," I stated. Tony took a glance at me before turning back to Fiona, "Has a toxicology report from the hospital, says if you move out tonight he won't press charges," Tony explained.
"He can't be serious!" Fiona scoffed, crossing her arms. Tony frowned sadly and nodded, "Seems to be serious," he sighed.
